I feel coaches had a hand in the way Etebor's career had stunted. The boy is not a midfielder proper. The attempt to mould him into a midfielder which goes contrary to his natural abilities( left wing forward or a support striker) is largely responsible for his derailment. A 25yrs old claiming 16yrs to gain entry into our U-17 team no concern me as long as he delivers the expected results. At the end when his mates (football age) are still balling at 30yrs+, baba would be almost 40 and worn out, a reason why we hardly see Nigerian born players at 35yrs in top level football.

However make we no dey try defend an age cheat like uzoho when it is very obvious he isn't whatever age he claims. A 16yrs old Nigerian player in our U-17 team would be 175cm tall, in the next 5-8 years same player is still 175cm.
For me height/growth is the major determinate for an age cheat because scientifically a normal male should encounter at least one growth phase between 16-20 before growth ceases, whereas almost all our U-17s claiming 16/17 no dey gree tall pass their height indicating they weren't anywhere close to the claimed age.

Make we dey talk truth, every OAU student know a certain part 4 student (star player aka aguero) that was selected as a midfielder in our recent U-17 team (2019) and baba passed MRI?. How is it possible that a 16 yo is through with 400L before being called up to the team?. Last last 95% of every player na age cheat even osimhen self, but I no fit judge them because na the best and only way to enter europe for them (young age).

I agree with the first part of your submission here. For the last part which tried to lay blame on El Rufai for the killing in kaduna, I totally disagreed with that.
Facts on ground are clear. These incessant Killings in kaduna predate this El rufai era and from all indication, there is no sight that it will end any soon; it has been a recurring issues fuel by ethno-religious and political differences of the various group in kaduna. And the way out only is when the southern kaduna who are majority Christians is excised out of the state. At a time players like Zidane, Ronaldo lima, Figo, Beckham, del pierro, Totti etc all retired from their various national team allowing younger players to carry on from where they left. Even when our own Jay Jay retired we still moved on so I see no reason we should be clamouring for the return of Moses and Ighalo when we are blessed with talented young players in top leagues in Europe doing decently well.

I am a big fan of Moses and felt bad when he retired unexpectedly but sentiment aside he is not better than what we boast of in the flanks recently. I will never pick Moses ahead of chukwueze, Simon or even kalu based on current form and stat. It doesn't make sense recalling a player who is not even at his best and almost clocking 30 when we have younger players in their early 20s who re performing far better

At Afcon 2013, we were absolutely abysmal in our first two games which we drew.
Our last game against Ethiopia was a must-win but again we were shambolic until Vicmo came into the game after overcoming the injury that sidelined him from the first 2 matches and took the game by the scruff of the neck causing and scoring two penalties to win the game for us.

Without VICMO's contribution, we would have been out in the first round.Against Ivory Coast, we were camped in our half until VICMO took the game to the Ivorians cutting in from the left and unleashing a ferocious shot that Bari managed to save. He kept marauding the Ivorians defense thereby boosting the confidence of the other players.

Against Mali, what more can I say? A career-ending superb dribbling to set up Echiejele for the first goal. He was the Malians tormentor in Chief. In the final, it was his movement, dribbling, and shot that led to Mba's goal that won us the cup. Put respect on VICMO. He also single-handedly took us to the 2018 world cup. Against Algeria and Cameroon, he was unplayable. Our single win against Iceland started with that sumptuous pass from VICMO to Ahmed Musa.
