Keshi drew Iran, he was lucky against Bosnia. He went to a world cup tournament with players like Gabriel, Uchebo etc. If you want to mention a good coach please do not call keshi. He was just a lucky coach. As much as I do not really like Rohr he has done a very good job.
No Mikel, no Moses, no Ndidi, no Ighalo, no Shehu, no Aina, no Ebuhei No Problem!

During Keshi time the bench were made up of suspect players.

I have no doubt that Keshi would have qualified from that group.

Croatia was not spectacular in our game. Croatia grew into the tournament. Keshi would have won the match at best, and drawn at the worst, dispatched Iceland and possibly draw with Argentina, who are at the worst in a long time.

You guys need to remember that the 2018 Eagles were the most cohesive and happiest set in about the last 40 years.

In 2014, the team was going to the game against France fighting NFF about money. As at match day, players were still grumbling.

Rohr might still not have qualified in a group having Argentina, Bosnia and Iran.
Man, we we're lucky against Bosnia. Dezco goal should have stood. Our goal shouldn't have stood, that was a clear foul on Bosnia defender by Emenike leading up to that goal. Who took us to the confed cup?

Etebo isn't injured! ...

A Midfield of Ogu- Etebo and Iwobi is now sure...
If Rohr is going with a 3-5-2,it would be foolish for him to use Kalu as a RWB ahead of Aina.

A 3-5-2 isn't even needed...IMO, this would b d best lineup for us ..

4--2-3-1

GK

Aina
Ekong
Balogun
Collins

Ogu
Etebo

Musa
Iwobi
Onyekuru

Success

Onyekuru over Kalu based on recent form..

Iheanacho, Chukwueze and Kalu can come in the second half based on how the game progresses...
Good news! I thought I read that he was injured. We have nothing to fear!

The 3-5-2 formation that rohr has selected is very good but playing kalu as a right wing back is my only worry, he doesn't offer much cover defensively. I would have preferred Moses Simon in his place.
And ezenwa who has not been playing regularly gets a start today?
my preferred lineup

Akpeyi

balogun- Ekong- omerue

Simon -Etebo- Ogu - collins

Iwobi

Iheanacho Musa
Replace Simon with Aina (Although Aina has not been impressive for the Eagles at RB. However, I think a 3-5-2 formation will bring the best out of him. Replace Nacho with Success. We are good to go. We switch to 4-3-3 in the second half by bringing on our pact wingers to wear them out. Victory is assured. Krattos you have nothing to fear. lol.

Like I told u guys last month that Ademola's paper works were already in progress, Rohr just confirmed in a recent interview that the report wasnt outta place.

”I already asked the NFF to start the process of making both Lookman and Ojo to be able to play for the Super Eagles a month ago”

Lest I forget, Ademola is another success story of the team Nigeria U.K headed by David Doherty.
Waoo, good news. Quality and Exceptional talent. I am so happy

spot on bro, we must not wait for this kids to reach stardom before talking to them. who know this kid may turn out to be a superstar in the nearest future and by then it may be difficult to lure him because the English FA will take notice and incorporate him to one of their youth teams. nigeria is the surest bet for him and the nff should seize the opportunity ASAP. being a a first team player at the age of 18 in an epl club signifies he has the qualities to make it in professional football.
For me, he should exercise patience and wait for Nigeria. And if Naija fails, he can switched back to Ireland.

Hope he has heard the modern African version of the proverb, a bird in hand.
I think he is still young and he does not need to be rushed in making a rash decision that might affect him in the future. Ireland is not England, France or Germany that will qualify for every tournament.

Yes ighalo has flopped many times no doubt,we should move on from the world cup bro.

I cant only blame ighalo for the world cup

Emotional? lolll! I thought I asked a very simple question. Ighalo has done well for himself. You cannot put all the blame on him. Only Musa stepped up and only God knows the amount of criticism Musa endured before the world cup. Ighalo is winning now abeg free the young man loll.

Now back to our topic, Success is ready, Musa thrives better playing up front, Iheanacho, Odey and Osimhen are options
Your post reel of pure sentiments and hatred towards Ighalo. All those names you mentioned in what way are they better than Ighalo? In what league are they playing in? how many goals do they have to their names consistently for 2-3 seasons? Thank you

In England, he was a flash in the pan. A one season wonder. He couldn't sustain the tempo hence felled outta favour and then ran away to Asia. About joining United(that's if that news was anything to go by), he would have been United's own version of Lambert who also flattered to deceive, and still managed to scam Liverpool.
Alright, I hear you. Who do you suggest then to propel us going forward. Before, I forget your much overhype Ivorian Serrie is on the bench for Fulham.

When I say those goals na wash una think say I dey hate on the boy. Defense in the Chinese league is a very big joke, hence the exploits of the strikers there are flukes. Chinese leagues dont invest in the defense unlike in the midfield and attack where they pack some over used players from Europe. All u hailing Ighalo's goals in China are funny and cant see beyond ur noses. Like I always say, Ighalo's little purple patch wt the Eagles lately and his romance with Rohr is like a pig on lips stick. Ighalo aint what we need to propel us. Do you even know how many goals a crap wing forward like Frank Acheampong of Tianjin Teda has banged in since moving to China? A player who couldn't manage a double digit in as many seasons while in Belgium with Anderletch.

Lol I laf in swahili bkus Teda (mikel's club) is also on the edge despite Acheampong's goals.

See Ighalo, see Rohr grin grin
He proved himself in England. So you have nothing on him. He would have been a Manchester United player if not for the sacking of Vaan Gaal.

I am so happy for him. Hope he does. With Odubanjo back we are spoilt for choices at the back. If only Rohr had been proactive enough Eze would have added depth to our midfield which is SE 's only Achilles heel

Well said. Kalu - Musa - Onyekuru is a good idea. But you know Rohr likes his strikers big and physically imposing. Especially against African opposition. So I'm guessing he'd go for Kalu - Success - Musa.
It is so easy to guess Rohr's line up. He is not a creative coach. I agree with 100%.

I have rated Chukwueze from the first match i saw hiim play in the 2015 FIFA U-17 world cup against the USA, I knew the boy was special, I didn't rate Kalu when i started following him when he was in AS Trencin in Slovakia, but now I rate him a bit bit he still has a lot of areas to work on.
Kalu is a Vicmo type of player. Sometimes lethargic and lazy! Often times exceptional. Chukwueze! is a Messi, Ronaldo, Ryan Giggs, Okocha type, they just enjoy playing the game.
