Nice one bro, it can also be done as this, since the snail would clime 2.0m up and slide down 1.5m, d total distance it will cover per day will be (2-1.5)m=0.5m, therefore the days dah'll take the snail to come out of the well= Depth/total distance covered per day which is equal to 25m/0.5m=50days.

Mbahchiboy: dephth=25m(d last distance d snail must reach).
distance move each day=0.5,1,1.5.....formin a sequence with
a=0.5 and d=0.5.
l=a+(n-1)d.
25=0.5+0.5n-0.5.
25=0.5n
n=25/0.5=50
