If you're feeling this bad, why don't you call a family member or friend to visit a nearby hospital on your behalf? Even if they can't help you, they'll notify the appropriate authorities on your behalf to prevent a breakout in their neighbourhood. God will surely heal you like others.

Those on the frontline mentioned a while ago that they receive a lot of false alarms. They will naturally be wary of putting out the meagre resources at their disposal only to find out that it's a prank. Requesting for an ambulance just to see that the system works is so unfair to those who may truly need the same facility urgently.

cus given the quoted number of infected patience, all attentions Should be given to anyone that's showing symptoms of COVID-19.

Ordinary answering your call took us away from attending real ill people while you were "testing" if we consider you important enough to come and save you, in this our Nigeria at that!

I hope you never catch Corona Virus, but if you do, make sure you borrow someone elses phone when you call us because its likely we will no more be taking timewaster's calls!

Isolation centres for viral diseases are located in hospitals or make-shift locations which will be run by a hospital, none is located in an NCDC facility.

OP, this is Nigeria, you'd carry yourself to the hospital na, this is not Europe that you'd call 911 and then immediately they'd come pick you up... You should know these things its nothing new.

Please know that we at NCDC get many crank calls like your's. Testing is how we weed out the numskulls who make them, and some we get arrested for wasting our time in these difficult for everyone days.

Remember it is people who just returned from outside the country that brought COVID19 here. You don't expect same effort to be given a random guy with no travel history who has self diagnosed.
