i was diagnosed with pcos I took mertformin, combination 3 and folic acid for 2 cycles and third cycle I used clomid and metfomin I got my bfp. Bromo is for high prolactin while combination 3 is a birth control pill its used to correct hormonal imbalance I pray you get your bfp

My dear don't believe all this opk, try and track using TVS from CD 8, do it evey other day, if you are ovulating, they will see follicles, then mature follicles, then they will let you know if you ovulated. There are other tests they can use, one is the 21 day progesterone. Don't know about the other. For cysts, you can Google. Search also for natural methods, God bless and direct you.

Why not get an OPK and test?

I get one almost every month but v Neva gotten a positive result. And I don't see cervical mucus so its kind of difficult to pinpoint wen I ovulate

A Dr/ lab tech will explain much better, l just have a faint idea-

A 4.1 ml vol of DH seminal fluid; has a ph of 7.7(neutral ph/ very slightly alkaline) & a sperm count vol of 27 x 10^6 or 27million.
These spermies have 5% normal morphology( physical characteristics) & 72% normal motility( run very well), out of which 68% are actively motile
Also DH DNA fragmentation test(this is a test that aids in checking 4 d integrity of a sperm in order to know if a pregnancy will be successful) result is fair to poor
DH antisperm antibodies test- was positive ( l really don't know how to explain this in simple terms)
My conclusion -DH sperm count is above d lower reference standard; which is good
68% actively motile; also good.
A Dr plus sabi persons in d house will explain d other parameters further cos am not too sure Abt them.

If its to monitor ovulation, then it's advisable you start tracking from day 10, buh if it's just for scanning purpose, then I think it can be done on any day of the cycle as except when u on your period.
