I have been diagnosed with blocked tubes for years now. And i have always had "serious" leakage. I think almost (if not all) all the sperm comes back out.Each time I have sex. I mean every time.
I started using serrapeptase/wobenzyme and the Chinese teas in the last 3 months, and for the first time in years, most time dh ejaculates all the sperm went inside, no leakage, not even when i stood up hours later. And even when i spill, it is moderate.

I might be wrong though, just talking from experience, what i have read and what i have heard.
