mistadayo: Has anyone ever experienced Uber ending the trip you are on while still driving the person. The guy delayed me for long. And I got this message from uber "Uber is ending this trip. Please drop off your passenger at a safe location." they only do that on a cash trip that gets to the 2 hour mark with the driver majorly inactive due to traffic, or waiting for a rider or a combination of the two |

What we hv hear as drivers are computer drivers .if u need good serious drivers, go to Uber hub at Maryland or better still use uber market place to get the best .Most drivers here know nothing but only what they hv read from here. No practical experience Very correct... Ever online. Forming uber union on whatsapp. Looking for strike up an Dan. Waiting for fare increment everyday. Forming striking force and generally constituting a nuisance instead of hustling. Lazy bunches |

Naija is hard. Economy is zero. You are a driver that makes money on a daily driving someone's car. Your hustle. You decide say you don chop belleful and you no wan work but your fellow guy get pattern. He drives a more fuel efficient vehicle and makes money. You wake up say you no do again and then because you no do again, make another man no do. Are you not mad?
You declare your strike. For 12 hrs. You sit hungry at home and request guys hustling, cancel their trips and lie that they came with a different car. Your guy gets punished for a crime he didn't commit. And then few hrs later, you go back online with your own ratings intact, driving on the same platform and with the same rates you refused your fellow hustler to drive on.
You are a mad devil and God will punish you. I am indifferent to your strike. It's my choice. You don't know if I drive an electric car. But because you are not meeting up, you also decide that I am not meeting up and you try to bring me down? You are very mad.
Continue your strike but don't be foolishly hypocritical by driving while the fares are still the same and don't force your imbecilic opinions down the throats of others. There is no union guiding ehailing. Until there is officially a recognized one don't blame me if I do not strike with you. Don't be cynical. |

MoonlightDrive: Let me confess my rest day is Monday, but if the strike is called for any day, I will comply.
Back to the issue, believe me if we can achieve unity of purpose everybody will be a winner.
Taxify and uber should not use the bad economic situation in the country as a reason to exploit drivers and partners.
Some drivers have practically turned their vehicle to hotels just to meet weekly delivery to partners.
New partners are refusing to come onboard with tokunbo cars, the new deal for drivers are refurbished Nigerian used cars.
On the issue of whether I own my vehicle, I really cannot see the relevance of that question. By and large. Disgruntled drivers should park their cars and we that want to drive will have more to do. |

An average uber driver in the western countries make BTW 500 and 700k weekly. Money that most drivers here can't make in a month. Facts only |

Jomandi13: Are you not bothered about the ill treatment of Uber and taxify melting out to partner-drivers or you are a spy for either of two mentioned e - hailing company. bro. Find another hustle. You will be a monumental coward if after all this gra gra you still go online today with the same conditions. |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Fahrenz: 3:45pm On Nov 26, 2018 |
veeluv2015: Lol.... But joining uber/taxify isn't a do or die na. If their terms do not favour you then who says you can't start your own ehailing company?
The 10% being requested is not even possible. The only thing taxify needs to do to put you guys in check is to remove cancellation penalties till the strike is over.
If you don't want to work, leave others who want to work to do so. Simple. Thing of choice. Don't force others |

MoonlightDrive: Please if the strike is successful tomorrow that 15k would easily be 30k. You can then achieve work life balance and quickly accelerate your goals to plan B. therefore don't go online by 6pm. Make the strike total. I am sure you don't own the car you drive. |

tunlapapa: Not that they are lazy but something needs to be done to put them to check. If you don't want to work, no spoil another man own. So you guys will drop other drivers ratings, make taxify block them for no reason and then by 6pm you now go back to the same taxify to drive? Won't God punish you? |

I understand that some drivers may want to strike. It's their personal opinion and I am not against it. But don't spoil the hard work of others. I was totally oblivious to the strike action until someone requested me this morning and dropped my ratings!!!
I was livid.
Don't be stupid around me. The strike is stupidity. It is my opinion. Keep me out of your issues. I am sure he regretted.

You do not love this girl. Stop deceiving her, stop deceiving your friends that recommended her, and most importantly, stop deceiving yourself... You're too old for that shii |
