Dino is the one filing a civil suit. He is suing not about Harvard or about London. He is suing SR in America over the claim they made he didn't graduate from ABU. It doesn't matter if he led or exaggerated with the others. The point is that he didn't lie about ABU. SR defamed him, never issued apology and have been malicious in their attacks.

It is an open and shut case here.

This is why civil suits are easier to win. It is why people lose criminal cases and are set free, but end up paying the family of the victim because they lose the civil case.

OJ Simpson is a prime example.

This isn't Nigeria or the bush. Things here are done with a code of law not around it.

You're not in criminal court silly. This is civil court. Defamation is one of the easiest things people sue for in this country. Easy to prove, easy judge.

You don't understand how the legal system works.

You can't sue somebody for exaggerating their portfolio unless they used this exaggeration to unequivocally get a position ahead of you.
