This was portrayed in a skit I watched on YouTube about when an anime character acts intelligent.

I think my interest in animes is waning. The last season of nanatsu no taizai was horrible to me and even one of my favorites boku no hero dissapointed me.

wow...this is the best summary of a 900+ episodes anime I've seen. Well I was discouraged to even start watching One piece in the first place...900+ episodes.....this summary just added superglue to it. Lol!!!

Shonens do not portray the leads as murderers, luffy doesn't kill too only knocks out and i think the only kill naruto made was the sand guy during the puppet battle
If i were to pick shonen Naruto to shonen OP.
I'd pick the first 220 episodes of Naruto and this is me not being a fan of shonen
And saying OP has better character dev than naruto is laughable

Op, 20yrs, 900+ episodes the series would probably still be running by the time we turn 60

Definite end, complete series
Better songs, songs that gives you chills
Fight scenes that are still being debated about and are very detailed unlike OPs hit hard, hit harder
Serious scenes unlike the goofy OP
Way better animation than OP
And dude 900+ series and luffy is not yet pirate king, that's just messed up

hahaha,you dey mind am?.I don't like One piece because of its slow pacing,but i won't shit on it anyhow,as it was the standard for animes back then.If you are looking for a shounnen anime that is complex and has a lot of intriguing messages please i will advise you to pick up Hunter x hunter 2011.It is the bad boy of "shounnen"..

The bad guys never have any reason to be villains there just bad take for example Naruto, Itachi was bad because he was a double agent
Luffy is mentally disabled, just plain stupid
You could watch 50 episodes without nothing happening *dull stories, unnecessary arcs*

Oh, also
No character dev
One-piece, in a nutshell, is going to a random island, meet brand new people there, find out they are victimized by a villain defeat them, say farewell

Also, everybody that's fights with Luffy never dies
They all survive
That's why I like naruto
Jiraiya died
Neji died.
The third Hokage died
Guy almost died
Shikamaru's sensei died
And so on

The 5-episode mini series is the prequel to Resurrection. There's a movie adaptation of that too, but I can't really speak for it.
