The first one is most likely means that ₦500 million was entered as the value/share capital associated with digital assets in the application.
For a straightforward software development company, you generally should not declare ₦500 million in digital assets unless the company genuinely has digital assets of that value and the declaration is required for the proposed structure.
Secondly PSC should be 100% they are most likely telling you that the PSC ownership percentage entered in the application does not total 100%. The PSC ownership should correspond to their actual ownership/control, totaling 100%.
