honey001: As early as 8am, the business center would have opened. Get there before 8am so you can leave on time. go along / buy WAEC and if you have NECO buy both. you can ask for the process too. it's easy. |

Dallas1122: Hello guys, pls how can one book an appointment with the Polish embassy for authentication and legalization? Any response will be appreciated thanks. You can only book on the polish embassy website of which no dates presently. Be patient and you can only legalize at the Polish Embassy. Authentication is done at The Ministry of Education then you proceed to Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Both will seal and sign your documents. |

NwaUdi1: VSF does not handle Poland visa in Nigeria. If you are in Abuja, you can visit the embassy and have a chat with the security men at the gate. This might be helpful because I believe too many people are having difficulties booking appointment through the ekonsulat platform and they might have some useful information on how to go about booking appointment... I wish you success.
Please don't forget to share your success story here. Security man? The man who was asking me to pay 25k if I need a date sharp sharp. Just be patient everything will work for our good. Be patient |

Lamiwealth: Please how fast can one get to legalise those documents? You only authenticate with MOE & MOFA while you legalize at the embassy. Go to MOE site and fill upload, then proceed. MOFA can be done after you're through with MOE. |

Please, I want to ask. Is it a must you legalize at the polish embassy because some school tell their students the documents to legalize while some doesn't, while some say it will be decided by the embassy in their country.
Is it a must to legalize or the authentication from MOE, MOFA and your Eligibility Letter is enough to present your documents for submission.
Thanks as you respond. |

Pireesolutions: No, it means you can't get an appointment untill after 10 September. You should keep checking to know when they're ready to fix another set of appointments. Did you try using VFS global? Thanks. I've not checked VFS trying to register on e-konsult first. It's like VFS charge extra fees. |

Amanee: From what I deduced during my own process. At MOE: -You give them your WAEC scratch card to verify your WAEC results -They authenticate your certificate and transcript with the crest and sign twice at the back with date. -They issue you eligibility letter sealed with stamps stating 'original' twice.
At MFA: -They sign on the already signed certificates and transcripts. -They also crest the documents. -They also sign on other documents that you want legalized at the embassy like birth certificates, eligibility letter from MOE etc.
At some point in one of the ministries they request your passport photograph. I don't really know the ministry because I did my authentication by proxy. If there's something I missed others can assist.
Attached: 1) sample eligibility letter for Masters/Postgraduate studies 2) sample cresting and signature done on the certificate The seal is the crest showing the signature on the documents. |

And is first school leaving certificate part of the required documents for polish embassy like the germans do? Hope your letters are sealed? If they're not sealed you'll have return to MOF & MOE |

zrocky: Please anybody who ran the whole process of authentication at MOE and MOF please kind help me out with the following questions
1) how long did it take for you to complete the process, getting eligibility letter at MOE and authentication at MOF
2) how much in total did you spend at MOE and MOF
I'll be in abuja soon and will want to know what it will take so I can know what to expect Answer 1. Authentication is 1day when you get there early like 7am. You'll buy WAEC scratch card or NECO and if you combine results. You're buying 2 scratch cards and they'll print it for you there. Eligibility letter is 48hrs depending on the nos of applicants. MOE hold 5k MFA 5K too. It will remain but to be safer cos you'll pay REMITA depending on your documentations. 2. Like 10 shaa both. It will remain o. But to be more at peace. |

NotaMod: Work permit/Work visa in Poland?. As someone with an extensive travel history and experience, this doesn't make any sense.
Why would Poland be hiring? Especially hiring from Africa.
Jobs are hard to get in Poland that's why polish citizens leave in doves
Why would they hire you without an interview? Why should they hire non polish speaking person? Why wouldn't they process your visa if hired by themselves if they need workers that bad?
These has the format of an ongoing scam written all over it Jobs are not hard.... Just that zloty is too little for a polish citizen they want to earn in Euro. There are jobs there. Don't discourage folks here. |

Amanee: 1.) To my understanding, there's only one Polish consulate in Nigeria and it's in Abuja. I think there's a visa fee and you'll have to pay for legalization, all in euros. Check page one for more info on this.
2.) If you're doing it yourself, it should not take more than two days. By proxy, it could take two days to two weeks
I don't know about number 3 Thanks so much. |
