Very tight timeline, I’d advise you go with your other university options. August is peak period, you should be intentional about avoiding delays but if you really want to go this university, you can ask for to the latest resumption date, maybe you’d have more time on your hands.

I will make the call to ask for late resumption date ... but what if my POF is ready before the ending of August and i apply at that time, cos' my IELTS result would have been out by then, also having in mind my resumption date is September 26. Do you think it's likely the visa is out before then (sep 26 resumption date) ? any other possible implication?

please, i have been told to write ielts before i get CAS from my desired university. The ielts date is 6th of August, and the resumption date is September 26. Can i still meet up with time? - looking at the time the result will be released(about 13 days), visa application time and i'm confused, when should i start putting my POF together?

Can I change my course when I get to the UK University? I’m having a change of mind and I don’t want to apply freshly so it will not extend my stay in this country and also I already got an offer for September and I’m working towards September admission. But is it possible I change my MSc Course when I get there?

You’re right. I should accept the offer on or before 30July - deadline. Tho I don’t mind writing IELTS. Which I should do in a week time. Been studying for a while.
So if I’ll understand you better, so it’s advisable I have the funds in my personal account for 28days? How much please?

Please can anyone help. Just got a conditional offer that requires me to write IELTS.
During my application to Brighton PG, I entered family as my sponsor. Though my uncle is my sponsor in Canada. If I have the money in my account, can I go ahead to pay the 3k pounds deposit from my account so I can get my CAS?
I hope it will not affect my Visa? Especially if the balance comes from another account

It won't be frozen if you update with her WES results. Your score should increase according to what her degree(s) are. I think for accompanying spouse its 8 for Bachelor's, 10 for Master's or something. 461 + 8 should put you at a good score. Hopefully.
