I really don't know how we Nigerians get things done. We fail in our responsibilities and take to churches to seek miracles for been irresponsible, ignorant and lazy.

This is the time to vote right and take responsibility of our future, if we all fail to elect the right aspirant, i'm afraid it'll be another 4 years of doom for us and not even prayers will prevent this.

Seriously farming has been existing during the lives of our great grand parents and they were all illiterates. Don't these so called illiterates know how to drive a car not to talk of a farming truck. We are not talking about corporate jobs here rather we are discussing farming that requires little or no secondary education.

My brother came home weeks back and said he doesn't see himself coming to settle in Nigeria for the next 10 years and i wasn't surprised. After been over there in the USA for 11years living over there is way easier from what is obtainable here and most importantly things work almost smoothly there and over here government is still struggling with the basics (electricity, water, security and good roads)

The 120 trained Yoruba farmers are to train other farmers too which isn't limited to Yorubas alone. Common what has illeteracy got to do with cassava farming. Each tribe has it's own good and bad and stop castigating the Yorubas alone.

instead the government wants to pay 75%
this is a salary structure so agreeing to pay 75% does not literally translates to 75 % increase
right now lagos pays abt 74% so 75 %is just like 1% rise

to break it down further
lets say the least paid doctor in lagos earns 74k conmess will enable him earn 100k but fashola is offering 75% i.e 75k
does that make sense?


for your information least paid doctor in Namibia earns 4000 dollars=600000naira.Namibia!!!! independence 1990

Ethnicity and Religion seem to be our only sense of belonging in Nigeria. The country titled Nigeria isn't even enough to hold us together which shows lack of fight for a common course.
