The Trainee Program is structured to run for a duration of between 18-36 months. ​Requirements

Computer Literacy, with at least minimum proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project) and AutoCAD skill will be an added advantage.​
Must be flexible, self-motivated, a team player with high attention to detail, teachable and ready to learn and take up responsibilities.
Good communication in spoken and written English is necessary.

Most of us get info for different job recruitment process from the previous threads on same job role and company. I still don't see the need for anyone to open a WhatsApp group just to pass info and after the recruitment process is over, people begin to leave the group. There is no sustainability of any form there, as people will not be able to access any useful information in coming years.
