UI 2ND SEMESTER TO RESUME ON THE 14TH OF AUGUST

This morning, August 3rd, 2017, news broke out in form of a pdf file that academic activities are to resume on the 14th of August which has been disclaimed by evidence from the portal() which reveals that resumption remains on the 28th.
However, it is pertinent to note that the portal (with regards to resumption) was last updated around June, when the school management called students back on campus to resume.
To verify the veracity of both, in a phone call with Dr. Adams Akewula, now former Sub Dean General of the faculty of Arts who recently returned from an ASUU meeting, stated emphatically that he has received the new resumption date which is 14th of August on his mail.

In another move, he has stated that UI is likely to hold P.Ume this year, as advised by the Senate Admission Council, subject to approval from the Senate.

For Physics simply use either of New School Physics by Prof MW Anyakoha OR Lamlards Physics by HA Olaniyi & OA Ajaja OR the Science physics by Afolabi JR
NB: Lamlards and Science physics has perfectly replaced the JAMB UME/UTME physics series.

For Biology simply use either of College biology by Dr Idodo Umeh OR Essential biology by MC Micheal OR Explicit Biology by OJ Olaoye.
NB: Explicit biology has perfectly replaced the JAMB UME/UTME biology series.

UI offers Communication and Language Arts (CLA) not Mass Communication.

The two courses are very similar if not the same.

Cut off last year was 62.91.I doubt if that's achievable for her.

As regards switching discipline after the first session in school.It's very possible but not too certain because of the rigours involved in its process so you will have to erase ever nursing such thought.

If you are to apply for Philosophy, Literature will be very compulsory(both in UTME and O'level),which i seriously doubt you registered in your UTME combinations.Therefore,You will have to opt for the usage of combined result.I dont know how combined o'level grades are been calculated but with my very little knowledge,It might further damage your admission chances.

If I am to sincerely advise you,I'd suggest you go for something 'educational'.

If that friend of yours comes from an elds state,then he may however be lucky to meet the cutoff ...because elds cutoff for mbbs can range from 73-78

Hi Akinwum1, this will depend on the kind of job you get. This is an update I got from a website:
"Students from EEA are free to take up employment in Ireland while studying"

For non-EEA- "Students attending a full-time course of at least one academic year are entitled to take up casual employment provided that the course of study is included in the government international register(the list is presently being worked on). Casual employment is defined as up to 20hrs part-time work per week during standard term-times with the ability to work full-time (up to 40hrs per week) for specified periods during the traditional summer and winter holiday"

1. You will pay one semester fee roughly 2200usd

2. Installments are allowed only after your first semester and it's listed on emu website. Meaning you can't pay installments as a new student.

.i know two people schooling there presently so I don't wanna go to an institution where I don't know anybody for it to be easier for me..dats why I am considering EMU.... Thanks boss

Looking at the charges up there, then physiotherapy and rehe habilitation will be a good choice for me.. Nice course.... I had that in mind to do here before.... One of my dream courses

If you have the requested ready. Mail me those documents for the admission, let me know the course you wish to study. After you application is assessed, if ok, you will be issued admission letter. Then you will need to pay first deposit to EMU account. Then payment confirmation and visa preparation.

Thanks very much Boss wip... Wanna also ask if there is an ordinary nursing course not the nursing(turkish)... Cos am considering another health course apart from pharmacy......

Your advert is misleading...

1. Cyprus is not in Eastern Europe

2. The tuition fees for master in EMU is not 3600 euro is roughly 6000 USD even with a scholarship (50%).

3. There is no FREE transportation for students around the city 24/7 unless specific university buses to specific destinations.

4. Discount card to shop does not work in Cyprus.

Is good and important for prospective students to be told the truth rather than fancy lies! Kindly change does pieces of stuff in your advert.




#Take note: Am Asst Professor here in Cyprus, with practical knowledge of South and North Cyprus!

You need your olevel certificate, international passport page and photograph passport ONLY... for an undergraduate application.

Unfortunately you can't meet up the spring semester again. The semester started already and university won't send your name to embassy even you make payment.

Get all your documents ready towards FALL 2017 entry (Sept).
When your documents are complete, let me know!

Sure you will be issued TR visa..as I know there is a letter like student letter always given to graduates showing they had graduated and that will suffice for your student letter. Your case is different from those that had not graduated and wanting to be issued TR visa.

hello sir wip...i plan to study at the EMU north cyprus.A bro is currently assisting me in all the process..i when to the immigration service in my state to process my international passport and they asked me to come back for the passport after some weeks...so,i want to ask that if i later have the passport,what would be my next step to process my documents and admission....
