I paid for it at the point of submission.
I submitted thru courier, so I included the payment receipt for the One-way courier in the envelope along with the passport.

I didn't get to track it eventually as it arrived before I got the information on how to track it.

Send an email to them...they usually respond within 2 biz days

I don’t know if VFS is currently overloaded mine arrived at Abuja for Pickup since last week Thursday, i haven’t heard anything from VFS lagos.

Mine got their on Friday, have you heard back now and do you have your passport. How did you go about it please?

So, I received an email saying that passport has been sent back thru their courier services partner and that it can be tracked on the partner's website.

Firstly, who is their courier partner?

Also, I tried tracking on DHL website using the tracking ID given (the same one used to track progress on VFS site) and it was unrecognized by DHL.

I used live chat and it was helpful, try and chat again… I didn’t receive any mail from them till today but with d help of live chat I was able to get tracking id… I have collected my stamped passport

Please did you collect stamped passport in person? Tracker says it has been returned to Abuja VAC since 21st of July.
I also paid for courier to be returned to Lagos and sent evidence of payment and they have not returned my passport to me.
I also chatted to them in the Livechat, response was "your case has been forwarded to the processing team", which i find vague.
Can i send someone in Abuja to collect it on behalf ?

Paid after sending it to Abuja and sent them the receipt of payment in an email.

Got a mail that passport has been returned to Abuja VAC. Any idea when i can expect them to courier it to Lagos. Completed consent form when I was dispatching to Abuja.

If you did your biometrics in lagos and you are submitting your passport to be stamped in lagos, you don't need to pay transmission fee.

If you did biometrics in lagos and you are submitting your passport to Abuja, you need to pay transmission fee attach receipt to the envelope you are sending through DHL.

If you are submitting passport for your kids, you need to pay transmission fee

Biometrics in Lagos and UPS'd to Abuja, please how can i send evidence of payment of transmission fees.

I am researching previous responses on the thread though.

You can use ups or dhl. Vfs use ups for home delivery after ur passport is stamped. For duration let say 1-2weeks if you send to Abuja n will use vfs courier. If you’ll pickup yourself in Abuja, let say 3-5days.

Can i not send to Lagos ? This is because i applied from Lagos.

No hint, just the normal process and I used the IRCC portal.

PLEASE, let me know if you are picking a date on VFS for passport submission or you are using UPS. People that have gotten PPR should confirm the best alternative. VFS is showing august dates for submission , which is farrr given the 30days deadline from receipt of PPR.

Got request for PP in July 2023, please confirm i can send through UPS as well, worried about my Passport, plus what is the return time for UPS or in person submission. I tried to use VFS platform I am seeing availability for August ! and I have 30days to send passport, please advise.

Got a passport submission request, but when i go on the vfs site it is showing August as available days, is there a way to send in my passport earlier ? maybe through UPS in Lagos?

Bros I no dey vouch for woman oo. But to the best of my knowledge she's not seeing someone else. I might be wrong though.

Disregard the comments about her seeing someone else, but if your hunch tells you so - be on the look out.

As regards, the abortion - maybe she was not ready, be kind - but cautious as to why she no go wan keep your belle if you show say you dey committed.
