do you think every person with a bullet wound is a cultist or criminal, haven't you heard of people been hit by either police stray bullet or that of army and even that of thieves, what about people attacked by assassins that got away with bullet wounds in the course of the attack, what about cases of bank robbery victims who where got in cross fire btw the police and robbers.

Police report will still be required but that is while treating the patient not before.

There is really no sense in denying treatment to an injured person even if he is a known criminal. Remember he is innocent until proven guilty and that is not the duty of a doctor.

To me I think this kind of prayer Is what is keeping Nigeria backward. I also wonder during the 1900s when the white have poor technology then, where they saying God keep us safe or were there questioning and requiring there leaders to fix infrastructure or clamour for better stander of living?.
