If you are already with Health and care visa, i advice you only switch your sponsor to the same visa category. Once you switch to other category, your visa/ number of years spent in the UK will start from Zero which will elongate your ILR.
I advice you should go for Health and social care Level 3 NVQ, Ofqual regulated. Once you have it, then you can even switch to NHS. Make sure it is Ofqual regulated.
I did my online in One centre in Nigeria as UK centres are too expensive.

On your biometric day you upload it by paying for assisted service.

Where it asked for DOB and passport number for Main applicant it was the dependants, DOB and passports number written, that is instead of my passport number and dob it was my wives dob, but still says my name, and already paid visa fee cnt change all other information are correct,

What do u advice ignore as all other informations are correct assuming eco will know its an error or write cover letter to draw attention of eco to it?

Your Smedan certificate is okay, although I don't know if that replaces. CAC registration documents

You need to get proper references from the previous companies you have worked for, fulltime or freelance

Nysc 2014
Work 2015 (only)

But I had accident hence was unable to go back to office work.

I did freelancing work from 2016 to 2021
Started training for new career 2021 to 2023.
Also do other business and POS business for 1 year. 2022 to 2023.

Abeg wetin I go submit for work evidence to cover the study gap?

Please 3 weeks back i announced the birth of my boy.

She is a first time mom

Delivery via cs. (Due to over due)

No complications reported.

Baby and mom has been doing great so far.

And the night watch or should I say vigilante I and my wife has been going through no be here as baby dey wake like every 20 minutes to eat.

Some times I feel sorry for her as she go even get tired. And me self I got to fight the sleepy eyes to stay awake and assist. And the cs pain no be here.

Na only me and my wife no other support sha.


All the same we have been managing as baby is getting bigger and tougher.


Now my main concern which I urgently and seriously need advice, help, input or anything that could help is.


For the 3rd time now. My wife has experienced a severe chest pain. And sometimes it goes to the back.

These has been since after the delivery.
We have been to the Hospital and they did some test including xray and said she was fine. Then they gave a medication to take which she did finished taken them.

Yesterday been Sunday, she experienced the same pain these time it was so severe that she was sweating none stop and the pain lasted for over half an hour,.

Please can someone who may have experienced these or have an idea help here. What could be the problem and recommend any remedy as it's not getting funny at all now.

I experienced this and it was very painful to the point of been rushed to the hospital once.

When it happened, I do feel pain at the back and pain when breathing.
So after they gave pain relief and examine me, I was adviced to
Rest
Stop drinking pepper soup especially stop the use of uda for now.
Reduce consumption of beans
Then drink milk whenever the pain starts.

I will say it works because I no longer feel the pain and I have resume consumption of the things I stopped.

I finally gather some energy to write it because other mama's BS was a strong encouragement to me.

I thank God for blessing my 1 year marriage with a baby girl on November.

1st trimester
The journey was smooth, no MS and strength was good.
But at 12 weeks bleeding started and scan said threatened abortion. I was given injections and drugs with bed rest. After 3 days, it stopped.
Though I was very worried all through that period but thanks to the past post in this thread. They really encourage me.


2nd trimester
I was about enjoying my honeymoon phase but at 14 weeks, bleeding started again.
I have to change from private hospital to FMC because I needed more professional checks.

When the new hospital asked for scan, it was placenta previa. It was low lying hence the bleeding. They said, it will move up as the pregnancy progress.

So I was on hospital bed rest for 7 days with drugs and it stopped after days. Thanks to God.
The rest of my second trimester was good.

3rd trimester
It was good too, no waist pain, no back pain.
But at 32 weeks, I discovered baby was frank breech.
My consultant rescheduled me for Scan at 36 weeks hoping it will be different. At 36 weeks baby turned head down. Good news to me.

At 38 weeks antenatal, baby was back to breech position. So my consultant scheduled me for CS if baby do not turn at 39weeks.

I decide to proceed with the appointment. So I prayed and ask for God intervention to make it a smooth one without complications.

Delivery Day
I was the second person scheduled for CS that day and my baby girl was delivered at exactly 7mins after the process commence.

Few minutes later, my doctors were through with me and I was wheeled to the ward.

By second day, I was on my feet.
By third day I did PCV test and it came out 32%, only 2% was lost during the surgery because before surgery it was 34% and no blood transfusion was done all through.
By fourth day, I was discharged.

I will say, no vigilante experience for me because my baby love to sleep.
She is awake only when she need food. Once she is through, sleep take over.

Day and night, she is always sleeping without crying.

I pray for safe delivery to other November mama's and all mama's.
I pray God answer every woman's prayers.
Baby dust to all TTC.

My first edd is Nov 11 (39 weeks now).

But my doctor book me for ELCS since baby is breech and am FTM.

He said no need to wait for labor to commence since baby flipping is not guaranteed.

I want to know, is it possible for baby to change position once labor commence or its not possible at all.

Moreover am not having any labor sign at all.

I experienced this when I was 12 weeks and 14 weeks because it was lowlying placenta. Each last 4 days before it stopped.

I observe bed rest at home during 12 weeks but the 14 weeks was one week hospital bed rest and 1 month plus bed rest at home.

What I was advice to do is
avoid lifting any heavy thing even bucket of water
avoid walking long distance
avoid house chores (very important)
avoid bending down for long
avoid sex or anything that will strain the muscles in the abdomen/ pelvic/ jajaina

Do not get worried over it. I was told as baby grow, the placenta will move up which will stop the bleeding. Currently no more bleeding.
Waiting to take another scan to know placenta current position.

So just stick with doctor's advice. If possible get someone to assist with house chores if husband is too busy.

Follow up on ATM transaction..... Got hit yesterday by ATM dispensing error....my 40k is hang...... Went to First Bank to withdraw as usual, the machine returned "Can Complete Transaction" as other customers were also experiencing same issue thought there was no cash inside. So I left and then return today to try again but still got the same issue.

However, when login to my Payoneer account I discovered that two debit of $60 were made on my card.

I immediately contact concern First Bank branch, where I was told to contact Payoneer to raise ATM dispensing dispute.

I did as instructed, Payoneer CS said they will look into it and that I should wait still 30 march 2018. If the issue is not resolve, I should contact them again.

My body dey hot now.....have headache self.....

Make your body non hot. it will revert within 48 hours. I experienced it and cash was sent back automatically. I did not contact them.
