The class is normally written in a circle on the memory card itself. Asking the seller might d you no go since many of them are ignorant of this. I repeat, buy from trusted hands here on nairaland like Initialize, you won't have any need to worry. As for me, I have had terrible experiences with memory cards, including the ones I bought from Jumia (about 4) the best of them took about a year before it started misbehaving.

Rename your video files to .mp4 or .3gp

They were having .3gp. so I have to rename to mp4 while those not in .3gp were also rename but it did not work. I decide to send some to laptop but did not play as well.

Some folders with files disappear from the memory card. I just conclude it's really fake.

Class 10 and above is what you need, it is a measure of how fast the memory can read data, including stored and transferred. They higher the class, the faster and the more expensive the memory card. Again don't be deceived by just higher prices, because they don't guarantee originality. Even many sellers can't differentiate fake from original.

As stated your memory card is fake, get a genuine memory card and have rest of mind. We have sellers like Initialize who can help you with original memory cards, they don't come cheap though.

You are correct about the poor software thing, but its not just the software that affects the smooth running of your phone. The processor used is of utmost importance, forget about the size of ram. If you have a very good processor then 2gig ram is just enough for you coupled of course with good software optimization. Next time before you settle for a device, put these into consideration, but before you point fingers totally on Infinix for bad software, have you handled to zero 4? If the experience is similar then I can agree 100% with you, because it uses a good processor (Mediatek Helio x20).

It seems you have good experience with Infinix phones. I have little challenge that am trying to resolve.

My phone internal memory is 12GB with 1gb ram. Now memory is full hence slowing the device. I decide to get Memory card to store all my videos there but unfortunately after moving all videos to memory card. About 90% of the files are not playing but they are visible.

When I move some back to phone memory, some played while some did not. Displaying error message: file format not supported.

Can you assist with any idea on how to rectify? it's Infinix hot

I did not attempt to withdraw but I got a message of successful withdrawal from fiverr.

Only log in to your fiverr account with your phone browser or App. Then use laptop to do the work and send the file to your phone for delivering.

Also try to clear both download, browsing history and cache of your browser everyday. Like me, I clear two times a day.

Is your account foreign or Nigeria?
if it's foreign this solution might not be too possible since VPN on phone consume battery alot but if it's Nigeria you can secure your account with it.

I have tried different cancellation methods believe me all after in one way or the other but this two has minimal effect.

Either tell buyer to do charge back that is using PayPal to take back fund. OR
You cancel the orders by selecting technical issues. the benefit of this is that your rating will not be affected, your gig position will not drop but your orders completed rating drop. Note it will not affect much because after 5-10 complete orders, it will bounce back. This is the option I always use.

If fiverr reply or status message is showing denied then you can't get it back.
If message is displayed at the top saying review the following issues and resubmit then you can get it back.

Contact CS, they will reply with reason for it.

Before you edit any gig especially Description section make sure everything about that gig(gig image, description content) is not copied else they will flag it.

Go to fiverr and type on page seo, go through all you will see how they charge but most times it's based on the buyer or based on the website audit report given or based on volume of errors on the site.

some just have price for full site ( check mattservey seo gig) and another price for homepage on page optimization. View as many gigs you can to have good conclusion.

You were the one that click spam mistakenly. Go to the buyers message and check beside it there is a text close to it with the tag unspam..... just click and it will be resolve.

Do not tell the buyer website name, just give details like DA/PA, niche, and others not URL details because he will bypass you to make contact. Once he has order, you can tell him more details.
