for the Election Tribunal
We reject August 9, 2014 gubernatorial results
After a comprehensive review of the processes
leading to the announced outcome of the August
9, 2014 gubernatorial election in Osun state, we
are convinced that there were massive
irregularities and monumental fraud perpetrated
by Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola led All Progressives
Congress (APC ) in the state.
We have, therefore, decided to challenge this
brazen attempt to subvert the wishes of the
electorate who came out to support our Rescue
Mission Campaign, and gubernatorial candidates
of the Osun State Peoples Democratic Party
( PDP) at the Tribunal as provided for by the
constitution and electoral laws of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria.
In our effort, we are mindful of the massive
investment in deceit -driven propaganda
unleashed on the citizens of Osun state by the
APC. This, they hope, will distract attention from
how electoral heist was perpetrated by the Ogbeni
Aregbesola and his colleages long before the
elections and the deployment of O-YES cadets as
election officers to compromise the valid votes of
the good people of Osun state.
We are committed to ensuring that scientific
rigging of elections in Osun state, and indeed in
Nigeria are both exposed and reversed. Our legal
team will reveal shocking graphic details of pre-
election rigging led by the leadership of the APC
who had directed that all its officers relocate to
Osun state before the election in addition to the
subversive roles these ubiquitous officials played
in the elections as they compromised some of the
INEC officials.
On account of these, and many other damning
revelations, we affirm that the announced
outcome of the August 9, 2014 Gubernatorial
elections in Osun state are not a true reflection of
the votes cast in the election, and reject in all its
entirety.
We shall seek to retrieve the mandate, freely
given by the citizens of Osun state, to our
candidates and party, stolen by sophisticated
election rigging techniques by the APC. We shall
do this using legal means as provided for by both
the constitution and electoral laws of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria.
We shall continue to provide information to our
aggrieved supporters and party members and
urge them all to go about their lawful duty without
any fear of intimidation.
We use this opportunity to invite media
organisations who have followed the Osun state
election process before, during and after the
gubernatorial election to cover the filling our
papers at the Tribunal in Osogbo on Wednesday
27th August,2014 at 10 AM and its subsequent
seating.
All the antics of those who have corrupted the
electoral system through their ill -gotten wealth
would come into the public glare. And people will
then be in a better position to identify the pseudo-
democrats who are parading themselves as
progressives.
This is a case that will deepen democracy as
shocking revelations will be made during the
course of this epic legal battle that would
strengthened the course of democracy in Osun
state in particular and Nigeria in general.
We proceed to the Tribunal with abiding faith in
God Almighty who will always make the victory of
the unjust pyrrhic and confidence in the judiciary
as the last hope of the cheated.

Most therapists will tell you the reasons relationship fail are money, sex, and communication, in that order. I disagree. I believe the reasons for the failure of most relationships are what I call the A, B, double C's:

A = Lack of Awareness: Lack of Awareness or an attitude of, "It's all about you -- not me." These people are into blaming, making others wrong and they seldom analyze what it is they are doing to contribute to their situation.

B = Lack of understanding about Boundaries: Lack of Boundaries or lack of understanding of how they work. This issue is critical and this is the very reason most couples don't make it. Solid Boundaries help give us a clear understanding of what our responsibilities are and are not. Boundaries prevent us from becoming co-dependent or making others responsible for our good feelings about our selves.

C = Lack of Commitment: This is the individual who is "doing time" in relationships, but not doing work on him or herself. These people act disinterested, disconnected to issues or process, and are in relationships but not really present to or for each other. These people usually get their own way through manipulation, shaming, disapproval, fear, intimidation, control, interrogation, withdrawal or dishonesty.

D = Communication Problems: When you are able to communicate, these and all other issues - sex and $ problems, or any other problems -- get dealt with effectively.
