Real likes to dominate, not just on the pitch but also off it.
Who knows Bale might just be the one to get you that 10th UCL trophy. a.k.a La Decima.

dayokanu: O jeri Mourinho. O mo iwon ara e.

Jose would never come out head to head to battle a Pep team, He would rather sit back and bunker like a coward
Stop talking like a drunk. cheesy I can't remember JM sitting back against Pep.
Not while at Inter (the only exception been when he was a man down). and certainly not at Real.
In fact at Inter(despite conceding first) he blew away Pep and his team of divers in the UCL by scoring 3 goals sharpish and the rest they say is "his-story". That's how he plays and that's we love him at Chelsea. tongue cheesy
What I remember is Pep blaming the dry pitch at the San Siro and ordering his boys to spray tap water at the Camp no-no. tongue grin

Read when you have the time:
Mourinho showed he wasn’t messing around before kick-off by picking an attacking line-up with three forwards plus playmaker Sneijder in midfield and from the off they demonstrated a willingness to take on the champions.
It was they who created the first clear-cut chance on 18 minutes as Samuel Eto’o curled a left-footer from outside the area that Victor Valdes failed to hold but Diego Milito fired the rebound straight across the face of goal.

So Barcelona are human after all and we can thank Jose Mourinho for proving it!

Most universities (if not all) have their preparatory classes (called "PodFak" cheesy )tailored to your needs to study and thereafter you master the language as you progress.
So, whichever school you have applied to will do just fine.

Important information

After review of TV footage and the game rules an assist has been awarded to Eden Hazard for the first Chelsea goal. His shot was saved by the goalkeeper and a goal was scored from the rebound.

El Guapo: They coulda picked a fight today, JM laughed him off...

I'd commend Lambert really, assembling young chaps that can play to match day Instructions for 90mins without flirting with mistakes - He's doing a nice Job.

And how every team now throw bodies around their half when they face us.
Early days but the signs are there. Domination and fear they call it. cheesy

nateevs: Hehehehe. FBS, I think people were expecting the return of Jose to bring instantaneous domination. I implore people to focus on the little but very effective changes that are occurring rather expecting than a massive wins weekly.
People forget that it was this same Villa side that rendered as..snal pointless so far. I guess people were expecting something like 8-0? cheesy
For me, the boys worked their socks off like mad, running like crazy and pressed every single time. Above all, we won, what else can we ask for?

Meanwhile David Villa just scored against the bums. And oh, he celebrated like whaaaat! cheesy

nateevs: The performance was poor? Did you see the amount of running those guys were doing? It was non-stop pressing. As Jose said on Chelsea TV, it's a few seconds possession recovery. And that's what I saw from every single player. Extreme commitment to the cause.

It's only the 2nd game of the season. Fitness still short of peak levels.
I believe they have done very well.

Perhaps you were expecting more goals. Goals and assists don't always equal good performance.
Precisely.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by FBS: 9:59pm On Aug 21, 2013
Ibime: Jose should use this as example to the boys what happens if you don't go for the jugular and incisively go for goals early in the match.

Still a lot of work to do. Counterattack is still an issue, Mata ain't blending with the work required to play for Jose, Schurrles touch looking very loose, Hazard not decisive enough to bury games in final third. Hes lacking either strength or final ball decision making. Still lacking a striker with touch to play in tight spaces. But the spirit is there, and JM factor might still get the boys across the line.
imo, that was the key. The we gast to win mentality is back. Just like it used to be. cheesy
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by FBS: 9:56pm On Aug 21, 2013
nateevs: Mate, Edumare shower you with blessings.
Was beginning to think I was alone on this.

He was arguably the most effective player on the pitch.
In my opinion, a close one with Oscar.
Adura lo gba mate. Amin Jesu.
God bless you too grin.
Probably because he didn't "score" or create any assist thus his reason for saying he had no impact. The boy was running and shepherd his wing properly. Both going forward and defending.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by FBS: 9:49pm On Aug 21, 2013
To be honest, yes a couple of decisions went our way today but overall, I think we deserved to win.

Meanwhile, still not convinced though that the boys know what precisely to do in the final third - up front.

We dominated but need to create more clear-cut chances.

Lukaku I must say is raring to go. He virtually created the winning goal.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by FBS: 9:46pm On Aug 21, 2013
lalaboi: As Hazard just play 2 90mins with no impact is just baffling. .

No talk about the first goal. .
nna bros, did you watch the match? No impact? really?

imo after Oscar, Eden was the best player on the pitch.

vincent09: Hello FBS, dave, and everyone in Russia.
I applied to Lobachevsky university of nizhny novgorod... Can you please give me a little tip of how the city of nizhny is, and how far it is from Moscow, lastly please what are the documents to legalise and authentic from ministry of education and foreign affairs.... I appreciate the info shared here.
NN (sometimes called Gorky) is about 420km from Moscow. Thats about 4-5 hrs depending on the type of train you take or 6-7 hrs by bus. Novgorod is a cool and big city (5th largest in the country). It has a port and I think cars are assembled there. Can't really tell you how Africans are treated there but in Russia generally you just have to be careful.
Documents to legalise/authenticate/translate will be your certs (if any). I would contact the school directly if I were you.

If anyone is nice to you, or looks a bit malnourished and rough, it's your brotherly duty to give them more than just a smile. This is Nigeria, and we all know pay is not commensurate to cost of living......and inflation-linked pay rises are a foreign concept.[/quote]+5!

amnestylaw1: Russian Railway has been one of the world's largest and best. One needs to watch BBC to see the success that the Russians have made. Fahola is making a right move and he needs ti be commended. I wouldn't be surprised if this thread generates another e- war on Yoruba vs Igbo, Fashola vs PDP or even about his not so good developmental projects.
Thats TOTALLY NOT true. BBC is bad for you. grin

He's loved in Milan - maybe by Inter Fans.
He's loved in Madrid - seriously? By who na?
There is no "maybe". Inter Fans love JM.
The English media and majority of other club supporters love JM. cheesy
Hard Core Real Madrid fans adore JM. That's a fact. You could see that in his last match.
So what are you saying?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: R36L Madrid - Most Successful & Greatest Champ15ns of Spain, Europe & W9rld by FBS: 11:36am On Aug 20, 2013
AjanleKoko: Nobody doubts Mourinho's capabilities or achievements as a coach.
It's his personality that is the problem. Same with Cristiano Ronaldo. A very good player, but not exactly a fans' favourite. Shikena.
If both fellas don't care about what people think of them (which they have both re-iterated repeatedly at various fora) , they should not bother much if they don't win any popularity contests when placed side-by-side with the likes of Guardiola or Messi. And neither should their fans. Abi?
Popularity contest? undecided When precisely did that start as I am not aware of it.
