To be fair the top four has been below par this season, but all i'm saying is, we are too inconsistent to be a champion

we should be taking atleast a draw from games against Villa, man city, wigan, and to think we have only managed to get 1 point out

of a possible 6 from chelsea-everton fixture this season is inexcusable
I perfectly understand how you feel and it will be a disgrace if manure wins the epl this year.
But then, we cannot give up on it now. No. not now.
If we are upset, what do you expect arse_nal fans to do? hang themselves?

Clap for yourself. . . advocating that a perenially injured player who demands £125,000 a week should be allowed to leave is not exactly the same as saying he is shait. . . if JC comes to Chelsea to demand £70,000 a week, by all means keep him.

I advocated JT and DD be sold when they started making noise about humongous contracts. I even advocated that my favourite Chelsea player Lampard be sold when he started asking for £150,000 a week. . . you think I am a dunce? Can I not see equally good players on the market who will cost less? My attitude is that every Chelsea player must be value for money, regardless of who they are.

JC is not good enough for that kind of money, but he sure as hell would help Chelsea dominate the game against Everton far better that DD's gra-gra style.
First he is injured, so who could have taken his place today?
Secondly, you should already know that I never supported the pay rise thingy. 120k for what?
Any player who is not ready to give his all or is playing badly should be sold or allowed to go.
But I do remember DD's case last year and it was guys like myself who said his problem was motivation.
Need I remind you when a new coach came in? Did he not change?
I can boldly say thanks to his goals, we are right at the top.

10-1 or 2-1 = 3 points. innit?

For me, a player cannot be good today and be bad in next match. Form may drop and this I believe is part of the game.

You don't have to be a coach to be a critic,
so what if it's just a game, people can express their opinions however they like
That is not the issue here.
When we win. . .you guys come and talk positive - normal
when we lose. . .negative - normal
But to say we don't deserve to win the EPL because we lost a match?
Did we stumble to the top of the table?
Burnley beat MU - did you see them cry?
Wolves just spanked Spurs - hello!
Hull beat Citeh. . .that is part of the game.

Now one toad is here telling me touches are more important than goals?
I've never heard such rubbish in my life.

United have copped more own goals than goals scored by Berbatov makes no sense.
Berbatov has scored the same goals as Anelka despite playing 500 mins less than Anelka so what gives?

I dont need to see the game. . . Ive seen DD play a million times. . . the commentary tells me Everton were controlling the game. . . I know Everton will not control the game if Joe Cole is on the right and Anelka is uptop.

DD does not need to be shite to merit the bench. . . if Anelka makes us play a more fluid style of football against the small teams (who we can pass to death, and dont need to be playing gra-gra football with), then Anelka is of more merit.
Interesting. . .you want JC who is injured to play?

Dont be an idiot bruv. . . if you had any tactical knowledge, you should know that Chelsea can never outpass Arsenal, and that DD's physical power is too much for Arsenals midgets. . . .I believe in playing every game according to its strengths. . .

For example, DD should always play against Barca, Arsenal, Liverpool (Carragher) etc.

DD should be benched in games against Stoke, Villa etc. . . games where the defenders are a physical match for DD. In these games, we have to pass them to death.
Don't be stupid. I know it's late but try to use some of your senses.

Anelka was the EPL's highest goal scorer last season.
If Carlotti plays him as a centre-forward, he will score goals. He can score goals.

Movement is the KEY.  Players like Anelka don't give possession  away like twunts (Drogba)
When your opponents don't have the ball, they can't do much.
How many goals did you score while Drogba was eating corn in Africa?[/quote]Before then nko? Was Chelsea not scoring goals before Nic came?  undecided

lol. . .  I wish I was a Gunner.

I have made this argument countless times even when
your man Drogba was scoring the goals.

Drogba and Malouda play lottery football too many times though
Malouda has improved of late.

There is nothing wrong with playing on instinct and flinging your boots
at every round thing that moves, but theirs is simply too frequent, enough
to hurt especially when Chelsea are trying to build momentum.

Drogba has his use and he does some things well, but subtle or finesse
don't come to mind.

He is adequate in his own way and if Anelka was not at the club, then by all
means start him. But Anelka is so clearly the better option. . . . He fits in better
especially where movement is concerned.
I laugh in agolo iresi.  grin
Do yourself a favor, kindly shift base.

The same player banging in goals like everyday is a holiday. Got you 3 points against a top rival just last weekend.
Created our only goal today. Created even for Nic but he f.ucked it up.
I fail to see how un-important that player is.

Nic movement is GREAT but GOALS are what we need, kapish?

The only thing just about certain with Drogba is his heading ability.

Everything else is a matter of chance.

His first touch isn't the greatest neither is his movement.

If I were Ancellotti, the chappie would be an option off the bench
where finesse like Chelsea can do doesn't work.
Sometimes I wonder how people watch people.
DD has been good all season but when we lose or drop points, he should be benched?
Yeah I remember you are a Gunner in disguise?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Everton Vs Chelsea [2 -1] On Wed, 10th February by FBS: 10:58pm On Feb 10, 2010

Its not about being everywhere. . . its about controlling the ball instantly and releasing a teammate. . . DD takes 3 seconds to control a ball that would take Anelka 1 sec. . . by the time he controls the ball, the defender has closed the space where he could have released the pass. . . .

Of course Anelka is not the same on the right. . . his intelligence of movement is what creates space when he is upfront. . . . if we're gonna be playing DD upfront, then we have to play direct-football, not the way we always try to pass the ball under Ancelotti.
He did just that. Two lovely passes on Nic's feet right in the bleeping box.

If I may say JT cost us this match. Repeatedly committed the same mistake twice.

In fact they all messed up.

FFS Ancelotti, sort it out!

Whilst I am not watching the game, I can bet if Anelka was upfront and Joe Cole on the right, this would be a different story.

Drogba is good for bullying Arsenal and such, but he cannot link our play effectively in these kinda games.

Mind you Fellaini and Pienaar arent even playing.
Joe Cole got a knock . . .cannot play.

Nic had an average first half but was missing in the second. He missed a very good chance.

DD has been everywhere in this match.
