Moscow is a mega city and there medical schools available. More expensive but also more possibilities.
Moscow never sleeps.

St. Petersburg, Rostov, Voronezh are also not bad places and if you don't mind very cold areas, Ekaterinburg also another choice.

Just keep in mind that studying does not necessarily lead to citizenship if that is what you are really after.

Migrate to Russia like as in to Canada and/or Australia?
Russia offer a similar program but does not necessarily lead to citizenship and can be slightly "complicated".

Woodrow Tracy Harrelson is stupendously good, the whole cast na some bunch of comedians. 5 stars!
Watched all 5 episodes in 2 days and was laughing in 4K all the way.
This satirical take on the Watergate scandal is just brilliant. So much fun to watch.
