Who mentioned Gomez first? Who compared with Palermo?

Being a Chelsea and English fan means idiocy
Your stupidity knows no boundaries.

Read my post again. I stated a personal preference.

How can anyone say Gomez is a good player. The guy is a zero! Highly overrated.

To show te idiocy of your argument.

Which team have Gomez started for Germany against
Apparently being a nazi and supporting a german club is equivalent to daftness.
Who started this argument? You did! Now tell me who is the idiot?
For the record,  I simply stated I would take a one legged Palermo over a fully fit Gomez.  tongue
Now that's a personal preference and not an argument.

Meanwhile. . .

What kind of reasoning compares a player who scored 11 goals in 2 years to another who scored 6 goals in 10 years.

What does opposition have to do with this FBS lay off weed!!!

Palermo spent 5 seasons in Europe and scored 7 goals at the most per season when he played 34 games
Of course opposition matters. Ever heard of big game players?

The point is this Gomez is a no no. Take it or leave it.

Dayokanu! kai stop smoking that morrocan ganja!

@ Crizzle, are you my mummy?  grin
But seriously, I don't understand people attacking or throwing insults just for the fun of it. Sometimes its faster and more adequate to give them a shot of their own booze!
But sha, I'm cool. You know me.  wink and I will like to see you, use that powerful pesticide more often.  grin

And I expect Dayokanu to be open his eyes and see that Gomez is a NO NO!
Can you name the teams he scored against and when was the last time he scored for both club and country?

Palermo has scored 2 goals in two games for Argentina and the man is 36!

Ref blow your whistle jo.
Good thing I didn't go to the stadium.  .  .woulda been kicking myself now.

@FBS
Sure you want this embarrassing kind of play to be attributed to Nigeria at the World Cup?
Honestly it's best they don't go. At least so Amodu can get SACKED!
They played better with some 10 mins to go. The players simply took control of the game and Osaze doing a great job.

We won and we still have the chance.

Remember Brazil some years ago? They barely qualified but went on to lift the cup. Not that I'm comparing but the moral of the story is, EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!!!

If you are a professional, (footballer, doctor, lawyer, wteva) you shouldn't seek motivation from people to give it your best

esp when your promotion (in this case WCQ) depends on the particular task, you don't wanna get booed you simply get on the

pitch and play like a WC ticket is at stake.
Still never boo your own player.

You should never boo your own player. It damages the morale.

My dear, isn't it better that you graduate and be able to defend/back up your degree?

If Nigeria go to the WC, they'll be the U-20 Tahiti of the tourney. grin
Every other team will just use them as easy leverage. That what you want?
You and I know that NOT all those who graduate even with a first class can actually defend/back  up their degree, yes?
The point is, I see nothing wrong in trying.

Leave FBS alone naw. grin
Whether with a 2.1 or just a pass- You would want him to graduate, yes?
Besides, I think Odewinge is the coach of this team. Wetin Amodu dey do?

Honestly, FBS, why do you want these Eagles to go to SA?

They simply don't deserve to. Let hardworking teams that are serious about the tourney advance, not these funky ''stars''.
Well would you say because your lets say friend is doing badly in school you don't want him/her to graduate?
It's normal that I want the SE to go to SA even if they are the worst team in the group.
Heck, I love my country!

Which Gomez are you talking about here?

Martin Palermos name is in the guiness book of world records, hope you know. For legendary misses.

He was the first player to miss 3 penalties in a single game
Gomez wetin? I will take a one legged Martin Palermo over a fully fit Gomez any day. When was the last time he scored? The lad can't even score if he was the only player on the pitch! Don't even go there Dayo.
