Imams generally don't demand cash for heavenly salvation, like Pastor Eunuch and his ilk do for a living.
that is your own version of the truth, yes?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here! by FBS: 6:54am On May 26, 2009
There is absolutely no need to hyperventilate. . .neither of these 2 "signings" are comfirmed as of date. . .until then, make we chill. And if they really do end up as Chelseans next season, ain't a thing we can do abourit.  cool

One thing for sure, like BD said, RA can always sack them. (at least that goes for the manager) cheesy wink

eyonigger:
You are not matured. All sorts of those vulgar words aint needed for a response based on the contents of my message. Anyway I need not to argue with touts.
sometimes me feels you are suffering from dementia. The likes of you make Barca look bad.

Why are you acting like a learned fellow when all you are is norin but a drunk? You insult people at will but damn painful to you when insulted. You insulted millions of "Nigerian" chelsea lovers simply because they recognise the EPL as the better league. You ever heard me say Barca fans are myopic in thinking? Dont insult people if you dont want to be insulted. simple.
In your childish mind, does this sound like a compliment?
eyonigger:
this thread will only bring about the same old conspi_theory. Bull crap. Nigerian Chelsea fans are as myopic as the British media.
I simply said Platini should keep quiet. He has no business commending either of the teams/leagues at this stage.
Just like Dr Kit said:

Dr Kitaun:
BUT ONLY A FOOL WOULD RECOGNISE THE SPANISH LEAGUE AHEAD OF A LEAGUE FINAL THAT INVOLVES A SPANISH SIDE AND ANOTHER CLUB FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY, sounds like PURE UNADULTERATED PREJUDICE cool

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here! by FBS: 12:56pm On May 25, 2009
As far as I'm concerned, he brought the never-say-die attitude and a superb winning mentality to Chelsea in the very way we know it now. He is till date the most successful Chelsea manager.
JM is JM, he simply cannot change.  grin
Politics › Re: You Must Pay Tax, Lagos Tells Pastors, Imams by FBS: 8:36am On May 25, 2009
just thinking aloud. Why so much reference to the Pastors. Whatever happened to the Imams?

Wolfsburg - bundesliga champs! shocked shocked shocked

its just a shame to see that next season, a lot of the clubs will not be able to replicate these performances becuz of lack of continuity - why couldn't Felix Magath just stay on for a couple of more seasons and really build on this success!?
apparently he knows that success is damn hard to replicate.
This season is done and dusted in my opinion those Brawn cars are simply on steroids i would not attribute it to Jensen Button at all i have watched him drive in the F1 for donkey years thankfully Ferrari is finally getting some points on the scoreboard they should go and prepare for next season because this one has been embarassing
Precisely my point but then again even if these BM cars are jets instead of cars grin, MacLaren Mercedes & Ferrari should be placed right after them. What we see now is very far from it. Well, if you dont take yesterday's Ferrari performance into consideration. That might be a fluke of a performance IMHO.

World champion Lewis Hamilton says he will continue to struggle to get near this season's front-runners because his McLaren cannot yet truly compete.

Hamilton was "quite satisfied" after coming from the back of the grid to finish 12th at the Monaco Grand Prix.

But he fears a much tougher task in future races because of the car's failings through high-speed corners.

I have been hammering on this issue since day 1 'cos both Brawn and RedBull are powerful in this area and will rule this season except if something extraordinary happens.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here! by FBS: 7:36am On May 25, 2009

dayokanu:
What more can you expect from EPL fans Most of them are myopic.

The IQ requirement to become a fan is very low
I take it that the 2 of you are the most intelligent guys right? shame that you feel so 'cos in actual sense that is the beginning of stupidity.
Pray tell us the IQ requirement to become a BundesLiga or La Liga fan? Why must you 2 talk through your anus? pathetic bunch.

@eyeonigger: Nigerian Chelsea fanhuh I don't get it. Are they any different from others?
Sports › Re: Formula 1 Grandprix 2009 by FBS: 6:13pm On May 24, 2009
There can't be predictions 'cos like I said earlier the F1 season is as good as over unless something extraordinary happens.
A driver gets an exceptional car and all of a sudden he is topping the charts. I ask myself, where was he all these years?
There is simply no leverage. Brawn GP is way out of every other teams league at least for this season.
Aderoy, over to you.  wink

Button wins for the 5th time this season in six races. I would have said brilliant performance but I won't.

Jenson Button extended his championship lead with a fifth victory in six races as he led Rubens Barrichello to a Brawn one-two in the Monaco Grand Prix.

Button sealed his victory in the early stages of the race, when he managed the deteriorating tyres on his car far better than his Brazilian team-mate.

Barrichello was left to hold off the Ferraris of Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa, who finished third and fourth.

Red Bull's Mark Webber was fifth with world champion Lewis Hamilton 12th.

Chelsea carries the day 3-2.
S'land however survives and therefore remain in the EPL.

A roller coaster season I have to say.

Which one of them please?  grin

And in any case, the Pope praying for Italy to win matches is no act of being biased. Praying for your country is normal be it football or something else.

In the case of Platini, me feels he should try to be neutral or at least not blow his horn every time he tries to suppress an English team.

If JT becomes UEFA president. . .? I'm glad you IF, so until then lets leave it at that.

no you don't get the point. When he sent LFS packing, what was your reaction? The general consensus was that it will affect the players negatively but it did not.
The whole football world was like, why sack a manager half way through? but the stunt proved worthwhile.
Now I'm not saying CA is not in the same class as GH or vise versa, but shait, he is yet to be confirmed. Till then, we can only wait.
