THIS IS SERIOUS!, please (1) can DNA be conduct during pregrancy? or (2) after child birth like 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week? (3) also does all the private & pubilc hospital's conduct DNA? or (4) is there a special centre for DNA? & (5) if there is a special centre, where is their location? (6) any in owerri? & (7) cost price, my people your help is needed

one of brother have 3 bedroom bungalow on 30 x 120, the rooms, lounge are standard not small, enough space at the back for water bole hole gp tank & soakwell, still shop at the front, 2 cars space, relax spot space, so what am saying after the building and front shop, there is enough space & u are saying 4 bedroom will be small?

The only option out of here sir is to make it a floor design.
Even standard 3bedroom isn't feasible on 60/60ft, not rooms with 3m or 3.3m.
For 120/30ft best option is floor design.
I have one here on this thread,will quote it for you sir.
For 60/60ft as well, will take a portable meaningful n functional duplex but can't take a 5bedroom bungalow

Since it is half plot i would advice to go with a 4bedroom/3bedroom bungalow so you can move around the compound comfortably, and have areas to contain cars and underground drainage. This particular design is ok for half plot 60ft x 60ft . Also considering the cost aspect it is cheaper to build a four bedroom bungalow than a duplex.so depending on your budget if you are looking at something less expensive then go for a bungalow, on the other hand if you have a bigger budget you can go for a 4bedroom duplex.
