Business › Re: Agricultural Land For Lease by feasy1(op): 9:48am On Feb 09, 2011
aladesuyi:
am interested.
what are your terms.
ALADESUYI
08064388939 OR aladesuyi2003@yahoo.com
@ Aladesuyi, I forgot to include that for you to be considered you must show interest , readiness and capability to start farming prefarable the coming planting season (must start activities this year). Is this something feasible to you ??

monopolist:
We at FOOD FOR LIFE PROJECT are heavily interested in the 30 Hectare FarmLand.

1. Is the 30Ha FarmLand Virgin or Fallowed?

2. If Fallowed, for how many years? up to 5 Years and above?

3. How much for long lease and for yearly lease?

4. Any accessible Cleared or tarred road to Ibadan?

5. Why are the owners/users selling the FarmLand?

6. Olusola 08055940488 kingolusola@gmail.com
@Monopolist, (1,2) larger part of the land are virgin, a little is being used by the villagers for some subsistence farming. There is a tarred road to about 3/4 of the distance from Ibadan, the remaining  1/4 is untarred (about 5km) to the farm settlement. We have feelers , that we will be neighbors to an Asian Company that has acquired land in the settlement too, thus that might fast track infrastructure development development in the area

(3)For long lease, being an advocate of the Food for life project, we will consider minimum of NGN195,000 per year for the 30 Hectare on a 10 year lease

For yearly lease NGN7500 per hectare, contract will be reviewed every 2-3 years

(4) The owners secured more than 30Ha in the settlement and because of diversifying oppurtunities will not be able to farm on the total farmland acquired in the near future.

Thethy:
Is it also available for grasscutter farming like we do @ THE THY SNAIL & GRASSCUTTER FARMS, Tel: 08023050835 , 07033632285.
Not pretty sure

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Nairaland Fantasy Premier League 2010/2011 by feasy1(m): 4:36pm On Feb 05, 2011
7 goals and 1 assist already

thanks to Huth, RVP, Tevez, VDV and to think I almost take 4 point hit to buy Walcott. The algorithm was written to move to the 1st position after the wildcard but this has been achieved without having to do it the Chelsea way.

Lest I forget , Berba is the captain, More goals still to come grin grin grin

Thankfully I now have two free transfers so I can make them switches! Feasy11 comot for road before I use chainsaw comot u!
A-40, I bet that spot seems to be S.Playalitics best so far, I guess you'd be better off strategizing how to maintain the position against the red arrows as some lions are roaring behind ready to demote Playalistics pretty soon.

Fergie refused to play ma Captain berba, Skippo and was auto subbed for Gamst, still wondering what algorithm FPL guys use for the cap sub, I've read lots of complain here per the form sub. Anyway we Feasy11 should be back to second position after the update, need to hard code the machine language to unseat Viera from the top spot, the january transfer window would be the milestone

IBIME: I'm not down, so don't kick me!

Having become the bu.tt of recent jokes, Borokiri Boyz manager reacted furiously to the latest jibes thrown his way by Feasy1. Showing his obvious pique at the latter's comments, Tamuno Ibime stated that its easy to mock a man when he's down. He challenged fellow FPL managers to show restraint in their jubilation at the downfall of the once great Port Harcourt team. According to Ibime, the team needed some time to readjust having lost the services of the assistant Ray Wilkins in early November.

The rumour mill has been grinding with speculation that the team benefactor Rotimi Amaechi is considering ringing the changes in the managerial department. The recent release of Ray Wilkins is seen as the first step toward the reaugmentation of the Borokiri Boyz management team. However Tamuno Ibime is fighting his corner and insists that "he will not be the next Chris Hughton". According to Ibime, "They don't want to give a nigga a chance. I stabilised this team right from our days as MEND FC. We survived the PR backlash after the Independence Day Bombings, we rebranded our team, and we flew to the top of the league. If we can survive that, we can survive this."

Asked if he had any rebuttal for Feasy1, Ibime replied that Feasy1 is just engaging in mind games. According to Ibime, "Feasy 1 knows we are still a threat." Ibime then swore to repay all his mockers in kind before the Borokiri Boyz press secretary called time on the interview, at which point Ibime stormed out of the room swearing avenge his honour.

Threat huh all I could see against the name Borokiri FC in weeks to come is red arrow as I cant see any differential in the rebranded team, I hope the Borokiri FC Manager wont follow the path of Chris Hughton. The only threat we could see are the Arsenal Champs as "they are cpable of winning things", However our permutations shows the boys would be separated from the men tomorrow night at Old trafford

Vieira:
feasy, the only consolation is that Man U will now play twice on one of the upcoming weeks and you can earn lots of points on Man U players.

That is why you must be current on whats happening and change your team accordingly or have good subs.

Now time for me to start boasting

Arsenal is top of the league
My team Arsenal Champs 2011 are top of fantasy league

I predict that is how it will be at the end of the season!

Who fit challenge me? all you young whippersnappers are being taken to school, old school! lol.

bring it bitches.
Viera, you are right, what a consolation!!! hope Nani doesnt break his leg before then or Rooney catching flu which will render Berba almost useless, trust you get my drift.
No doubt you are enjoying your stint at the top, sure it'll last for a while but till end of the seasonhuh you can only hope. I guess the Borokiri Manager was feeling like the Special one few weeks back, the rest is history.

Its my first EPL fantasy and wasnt sure what the rule is per the postponed ManU- Blackpool Match. I've got 3 ManUnited players, from what I've read here it means zero for them. that aint fair, EPL should make the code such thats the points will be credited to the players for this gameweek whenever the game is played.
Anyway, thanks to Nasri my skippo, 54 points from 7 players.

Hehehe. . .Borat is back grin

This week is annoying. Tevez, VdVaart and Elmander with 15ts each all in my team. i coulda given the captain band to one of 'em. . .but kept faith with Drogba.

See me wey for dey jolificate with 70 something points now is stuck with 55 angry

I dey vex ooo angry angry angry
Sorry bro, with the trio copping me 61 points this week (captained Elmander), I could feel your pain. I almost sub Nolan for Nasri, missed eight points from that hesitation.

BTW all eyes on Gyan today, Need at least 2 goals from him and a brace from Coleman wont be a bad idea either.

Ibime:
I'm never having 3 Chelsea players in ma team again.

BTW, is it time to jump on the Elmander bandwagon?

58 points for me this week.
I did see that coming, reason why I used and dropped Drogba and Malouda in GW10, BTW I'm a Chelsea fan and will hit the transfer market for them around GW 20ish .
