Your fare price needs to be look into especially in Lagos.

65naira/per km and 10naira/per min is damn too low, compare to the traffic situation in Lagos with bad road that leads to your car tyres and shock been damage .

Well as for me, is not a fare price at all. All i can see is that your organisation pleasing only your riders while trying to milk your drivers dry.

I guess looking into the price will attract and inspire more driver to work especially during the raining season.

As for me, i have quit working for you guys until further notice.

I did bolt card trip, they still recorded it as cash trip. I was having N6060 as debit yesterday. I did only 2,900 all card trips cos I’m block for cash trips. I check my balance today and saw 6640. I took a rider from his PU point to his destination n back to PU point after waiting for d rider for almost 2hours at his destination

At the end of the ride bolt show 1500naira only calculating the hours x 10naira and the 2.7km

Whereas after checking it on bolt to n fro is close to 12km .

Since den I don't do return trips, i rather drop you at your destination n end the trip n u pay the equivalent amount back to your PU point

I have paid the debt and I have send them an email indicating my reference number and I also attach the payment slip I download from my bank statement. I have made the payment since yesterday but up till now no response from them

How many days will it take bolt to rectify there bolt commission after the payment is been paid and all necessary things is been sent to them.

am a new bolt driver...am driving a Toyota Camry 2.4 engine

i usually gross a maximum of 7k with 2k fuel

2k fuel + 1400 (20% bolt commission) = 3400

so am making 3600 after deduction.

pls house can you share how much u gross, so that i can know if am on the right path or not.
