GanagiBitrus: The fact that an innocent-looking 22yr old Mummy&Daddy's kid could legally have access to a High-powered supersonic rifle, & become proficient in using it to fire a killer-shot from over 180meters, should be a source of concern to US. not just that, the boy was trained by his parents to shoot guns since he was 12 years old. Why exactly would you train a 12 years old to kill? He's been shooting guns for over 10 years that's why he was able to shoot someone in the throat from 200 meters away. Why exactly would you train your child like that? The entire family pics on the internet is them posing with guns. That's all white Americans Republicans are obsessed with, guns |

If what continues? Elon Musk is trying to fan embers of racism and xenophobia in the UK. He should keep promoting hate, his fellow right wing racists will be the one to act against him when the hate is filled to the brim and has nowhere else to go just like what happened to the other guy few days ago |

butterfly777: You must have qouted him out of context. Probably because you dont like him.
America practiced what they called affirmative action, which was like the qouta system we had in Nigeria. Through the system, they would employ people of different races into different field, not just based on merit, but someone less qualified but belonging to 'disadvantaged race" might be employed instead of a better qualified person from an advantaged race to for example, white.
Critics of that policy believe it relegates merit, and causes lack of trust in people of less advantaged races, e.g., blacks, because people might wonder if they were truelly qualified or if they got the job based on "quota system".
That's the background I know for what Charlie Kirk said that you took out of context. If you reason objectively, you will see that he has a point. Of course, you don't have to agree with him.
Lets not malign someone simply because we disagree with them. that's because black people were largely denied opportunity. Some restaurants would refuse to serve black people, bus etc would not allow blacks to seat where whites are seated. Affirmative Action was to ensure black people in America were given equal opportunity, not special considerations. Those women were all qualified to enter those schools but would have been denied the opportunity. That's all affirmative action was about. |

D00msDay: Including high profile cases like this one at hand? if this guy was a professional he might have fled the country already but the US are masters of propaganda and theater so they will just frame someone. There are thousands of people in the United States prison that have been framed for what they did not do. Some of them get freed after many years in prison |

WizardOfNG: Who is ignorant of the high rate, for example, of unsolved gang-related homicides in the USA? Yet, how many times have those who commit heinous public assassinations not being caught/stopped?
Like the manhunt for Beltway sniper pair of John Allen Muhammed and Lee Boyd Malvo plus Christopher Dorner pursuit and others.
If America cares enough, and justice must be seen to be done, the offender will usually have nowhere to hide in a manhunt.
Unilke when black gang-bangers in Chicago are unaliving themselves and the decision, never made public, is usually "dont waste money on it".
This is a national challenge to the USA the country will feel it cannot lose. Not black drug dealers killing each others.
Some of you are the ones viewing things emotionally because USA does not normally fail per manhunts it needs to resolve to show the world the worst monsters will always be caught.
The psychology behind the action of the US revolves around the level of the crime, and status/importance of the victim, that then means it is vital for the USA to bring the culprit to justice to show the world the worst monsters don't evade America justice.
Vance, Trump etal have given eulogies to this guy and you people think his assassination is similar to low level murders that won't be solved because not many care if they are?
Did the USA not get Osama Bin Laden? Please educate yourself. I am no Hollywood fan. I look at proven and historical facts to note established patterns.
What you dont account for is the fact is that crime solving has priority levels in the USA according to race, wealth, societal status, position etc of victim.
https://edition.cnn.com/2013/04/20/us/us-manhunts-history they will just frame someone. This guy seems like a professional and had probably already left the country. It's still not clear if Luigi was the actual killer the last time |

WizardOfNG: The pictures, for investigative purposes, are clear and definitive. He will definitely be identified. After that, he will be caught soon or he will kill himself to escape capture.
That's the only two option per how events will go down from this point on. USA is the most ruthless nation in the world per pursuit of an individual deemed 'public enemy number one' which is this guy at the moment. overwhelming majority of crimes in the United States are not solved. Don't let Hollywood deceive you |

Ezekiel2122: People who are expecting Nigeria to be on the list are very funny... a country that you can assemble thousands of people with just 2k each to support you?. A country that still kills people because they abuse one prophet who's from another country? A country that must support whatever you're doing just because you're their tribesmen or religious man? A country that someone will just wakeup and said, "my followers, don't wear belt" "dont dress well" and they'll gladly follow it? If I see Nigeria there, I know the list is fake, or maybe its measured by minority. you can be intelligent and still poor. Angelfrost: While I sense this might be made up... Let's not lie, Paternity Fraud is at an all time high in Nigeria.
It's high time Senate and Judiciary stepped in.
Let there be a huge fine or prison sentence for ladies that deliberately deceive or foist kids of other men on their husbands or partners.
It's terribly and unspeakably EVIL!
I mean... If you want to cheat on your husband, why not insist on Protection?!! What the hell happened to contraception?!!
Last time I checked, Morning After Pills are still very cheap. you can't jail a woman for that. What would then happen to the child? The only thing is to add DNA and blood group testing to post natal care. It should be required before birth certificate is issued. Even if DNA is not added to the requirements because of cost, blood group should be a requirement at the very least (most children inherit their father's blood group) although it's not as effective as DNA, it's cheaper. If you are A+ and your new born baby is B- you can start saving for DNA right away. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Where Everybody That Dies Truly Goes To After Death? by Feldie: 8:19am On Aug 28, 2025 |
Almunjid: The meaning of life unfolds on two levels: a primary (spiritual) meaning and a secondary (practical or logical) meaning. The primary meaning is deeply spiritual and often eludes full understanding without faith or transcendence, as philosophies and religions alike suggest that the ultimate purpose of existence is rooted in something beyond our material experience.
For the secondary meaning, imagine the sun—swimming around the earth for billions of years, enduring without ever questioning its purpose. At some point, the sun wonders: "What is the reason for my existence?" It sees other celestial bodies, stars and moons, performing their own cosmic dances. What the sun doesn’t realize is that its very presence—providing light and warmth—is the foundation for life on earth. Without it, the world would be cold and dark, devoid of living things.
Each of us is like the sun. We possess a gift or potential needed to nourish humanity. The key is to recognize this potential and use it for personal fulfillment and the welfare of others. By contributing our abilities to the world, we fulfill our unique mission in life. As nature replenishes itself, new beings (human and non-human) arise to carry forth new missions after each life passes, continuing the cycle. Consider the humble plant: it may perceive its existence as mundane, yet its production of oxygen is absolutely essential for all living creatures, while humans reciprocate by producing the carbon dioxide plants require.
Many people wonder why life may appear meaningless. Often, it is because they have not yet discovered their own gifts or contributions. Without awareness of one's potential, life can feel empty. But when someone identifies their unique capability—whether it’s inventing, teaching, caring, or creating—it imbues life with significance and aligns individual actions with the broader needs of humanity. This understanding transforms existence from mere survival into meaningful participation within the human story.
If a person has found and used their gifts to enrich themselves and society, their life is not meaningless. For those who have not, it is essential to "know yourself first." Self-discovery is the gateway to uncovering life’s purpose and meaning. The spiritual meaning is more profound and becomes clearer when combined with the logical search for meaning—eventually, one perceives both sides of existence.
From the spiritual perspective, many faiths (including Islam, Christianity, and others), advocate that life was created with intention. Only the Creator can reveal the ultimate purpose, yet each human is entrusted with fulfilling a part of this greater purpose. As the Qur’an says:
“Did you then think that We created you (mankind) without purpose, and that you would never be returned to Us?” (Qur’an 23:115).
Just as humans create tools like artificial intelligence with intentional purposes, it is unlikely God or nature created humankind “for nothing.” Each of us carries a mission; by discovering and fulfilling it, we contribute to the fabric of existence itself.
Peace! it's a made up story to make humans feel better about themselves |

Yes, women support, but they still want to feel taken care of by their men. See ehn, a woman can have all the money in the world, but her husband's money is still sweet in a different kind of way. well, if the man has enough, that shouldn't be a problem |

Mariangeles: So, what about apiriko?
You "men" of this generation keep lowering the bar. what is apiroko? Don't you see the situation of the country? One man can't do this alone anymore. Besides, the older generations pretending men supplied everything for the family was just propaganda. Women go to the market, buy and sell things, when coming back they buy food stuff. Men of earlier generations were worse than us, the highest they did was give the woman yam and small money, the woman go to the bush to fetch firewood, vegetables etc. In most cases she already had palm oil and akpu etc. Now men are expected to provide gas money and everything else. |
