I was never told this by either you or the company before I made payment. If I was told I'm not stupid to tie my 40k down when a lot of other competitors are available. They are messing with their online integrity. I might just start routing for a refund. If they don't I will forfeit but when that happens they should expect an overwhelming negative reputation across all social media platforms and forums because I will ensure that. Why would they be collecting people's money and giving vague promises?

According to one of the staff in charge of POS, this issue will be a thing of the past by next week. They have stock of POS now. They are configuring them.

Yes you mentioned that but they are yet to say anything even though I have emailed them asking for updates. They have simply refused to respond. A simple response to customer inquiries could certainly do many magics.
