So you want to open a business and you know nothing of how to get started, well NO WORRIES.
You do not need to find a lawyer, a chartered Accountant or an agent. All you need is an ATM Master Card and an internet connection. The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) now has an on line portal that makes life easy for all potential entrepreneurs and Businessmen in Nigeria.

To register A company the first step is to

STEP 1: Search for availability of Name - Visit http://services.cac.gov.ng/ sign up as a new customer and provide all necessary details accurately. Once you are properly signed in click on 'Name availability Search' type in two names that are creative and uncommon as your proposed business name and try to avoid cliché names. Fill the form with your best Email address and Phone number and submit the form when done. The submission of the form would costs N500 and can be paid using you master card, visa card, verve card, on line banking etc.
The name search would take one to two working days to be approved or disapproved. If disapproved try again With a different and more unique name.

STEP 2: Register the Business name - Once your name has been approved the next step is to register the business name. Log in to your account with CAC and once logged in click on 'action' and download the the letter of approval from the CAC portal, open it and take note of the approval number.
Go back to the website, Click on 'Registration' on the top left of the webpage select business name and paste the number from the approval document on the space provided click on enter. Ensure you know the nature of the business, proprietors of the business and all other relevant information accurately. NOTE: You can 'save and exit' the form at any point where you have difficulties.

* When it comes to nature of the business ensure that you type in three (3) nature of business and it is always a good idea to add General contracts so you do not need to get another business name in the future as, General contracts encompasses everything. (I made the mistake of not adding General contracts and I had to apply with an additional cost of N6000 to get it changed and it was a stressful process)

Fill the form Accurately avoid Mistakes as a Correction would cost you more money and waste your Time.
Now one important thing is[i] When asked if you need additional copies of Certified true copy and documents, select Zero as this is applicable to only those who are registering a limited liability company.[/i]

Submit the form and Pay N10,000 for the business name using you ATM card. You would be given a form to submit to the CAC office in your selection.

STEP 3: Physical Submission - Download and print and make two photocopies of
- All receipt of payment from Remitta and CAC,
- The approval of business name document
- The form you received upon payment for business name
Take these documents with two passport Photographs, N250 stamp duty fee - to be paid into CAC Skye Bank Account (you can do this before going to the office the bank has the account number) and submit for filing with the corporate Affairs commission.

I am confused about the bolded words. You Are you saying there are two POS to buy? I didn't see this in your initial post. On the pocketmoni website there is only mPOS. Also on your blog you only have a form for mPOS which goes for 20k. Which other POS are you talking about for 10k? Why was it not mentioned on their website and your blog? How does one get the two POS since there's form for only mPOS?

Thank you for checking in here. If you are already a paypoint agent with quickteller or any other platforms I would need to find out a few things.

My major worry is to know how to get a POS terminal. I know I don't necessarily need POS for this business as transactions can be done online via phone or PC. But my challenge is that all of the paypoint outlets around me here have POS. So people may think I'm fake.

Doing things like withdrawal online is also not cool because some people would come with a washed ATM card, how can one figure out the card number? I will also not be able to print receipt if I don't use POS.

NOW I contacted my bank for a POS but the process is much. I have not been able to register my business name and I'm not sure that everyone doing this actually registerd with CAC or owns a current account. How did they get the POS?

I heard quickteller had recently launched their own customized ATM which goes for a whooping 85k. That's too much and I really don't think these shops here bought that because no quickteller is written on it.

Please how do I go about this? I need POS.

Hi there! I appreciate your brilliant suggestion but things can't work like that due to the new upgrade on Upwork security system in the course of logging in with a different IP. Kindly experiment on your unapproved account by setting up your security question and security answer. After that, log out and try logging in with different network providers or using a VPN to log in from different locations. You will realize that you CAN'T log in without the security answer. Check it out and later do the needful by erasing the unreasonable things you wrote.

You have just told a very big lie. You can log in from anywhere. You will only need to answer the security question IF you try to access the SETTINGS..... Stop lying here. I am not a newbie. Upwork hardly accepts new registration currently but if you TRULY have a method I will send clients to you BUT you have to follow a more safe terms.

Your terms of service are absolute nonsense. You want people to pay you after showing them ordinary screenshot of an approved account and some email that you may compose in the name of Upwork.
This might end up as a scam after you get your money.

If you are serious you will release log-in details for confirmation before payments. You can hold back the security answer and logib details for the email used. Any other terms is a scam.

My Payoneer has two cards, dollar and Euro card. Hence two account details. Which one should I use on Clickbank? USD or Euro account?

Your first question: You can go on to register on clickbank because payoneer has already given you an account details to withdraw you earnings to as long as your account is approved by them, login into your payoneer account, click on receive and click on receive global payment your account details will be revealed.
And if your payoneer account is not approved yet, you can also continue to register, just use Citibank as your bank and UK as your banking country you can change the details later.

Your second question: You can promote your products by generating traffic directly or indirectly to the products
