Well, you need to arm yourself with Tutorials.
Both on CorelDRAW and Photoshop.

You're perfect at CorelDRAW? With these designs? No! You can only say that you know the name of some tools in CorelDRAW.
When you become a CorelDRAW master, you'll know.

I'll advise you focus on one software and master it before moving over to another one to avoid confusion.

The only means of drawing without tracing is by using Graphics Tablet.

You need a scanner to get your works in soft copy. But, if you don't have and can't afford one, I'll advise you use your camera to Capture it and send to your PC.

To trace your drawing(s), you need either Photoshop or CorelDRAW. Each of the program has a tool to trace your outlines.

So, if you pay somebody for a Design and he comes up with that Design, won't you HIT him with a SLEDGE HAMMER?

Doing these with a cell phone is commendable. But, comparing it to designs done by beginners on PS or CDR is foolish.
I'm sorry but, I didn't mean to be rude just that you sound as if you're the D'vinci of Design with your trashy photos.

If you want to become a designer, Get a PC, install PS or CDR or both and Study them.

Again, try going into your room, look around for twenty minutes then go outside and draw what you saw. It'll help your memory catch and retain memories so as to be able to draw without having to look at something.

It depends on who's doing it and how good you're with the software. You'll have to create and animate each character FRAME BY FRAME.

From what I gathered from my friends that use it, you can. But, if you need a good alternative, go for Premiere Pro.

But, Toon Boom Studio is a wonderful 2D animation software.
It beats Adobe Flash.
