Why was it available for me to register? I checked whois and got the email and tel but something else caught my attention and it's the image below. Can I still sell it? Because I have registered it already.

I got a whois request yesterday on one of my domains. Replied how may I help, that am the owner of the domain. He replied today telling me the said domain was his before and its a trademarked domain. Now requesting that I should transfer the domain back to him, if not he will take legal actions against me.

He later paid through Dan. Transaction has been closed.
