Hi guys,

I’d be going to Western Illinois University for a fully-funded direct-PhD in Civil Engineering.
Please I have a sister down south in Arizona. She went for studies and later converted her status to Legal Permanent Residency as she got married. . Would this be a problem for me during my interview?

Thank you.
please can you share me the link to phd program of WIU?

Because all I can see is master in Engineering management
