Just because you're a n00b that thinks 'bigger number = better' it doesn't mean everyone else is like you.
Last year the 1.2 ghz dual core iPhone 5S crushed the 1.9ghz quad core galaxy s4. It's 8MP camera easily produced pictures better than the 13MP camera in the S4.

Higher numbers do not always mean better. This is why a 3.2ghz pentium 4 CPU from 2004 is much slower than a 1.8 ghz intel Atom from 2014.

EUGENE4GOO: I went to the market to found out they the so called Samsung galaxy at unbelievable prices. Ranges from 5K to 18K depending on configurations and screen sizes. I was attracted to those android phones. It took time to examine them, I found out, if you not told you will not be able to identify the real one from the China one. My questions are how good are the phones? Are they durable and can the batteries last? Pls share your experience withe phones. What are the down sides of the so called Samsung Galaxy?

@op am a die-hard fan of samsung and currently using samsung s4, I also have samsung flatscreen tv and soon will be planning to sell my s4 to get either s5 or note edge. d reason why I love samsung fones is dere ability to expand ur memory using mem.card. I love games so much and my 16gig internal memory dat came with my fone is full xooo will be getting 16/32 gig soon buh dis is impossible in apples phone..well u maynot be a lover of mobile game buh I blive a situation will arise when u will need additional memory on ur fone...my advice is go for note edge

texazzpete: osx Mavericks brings about an unprecedented amount of synergy between iOS and Osx. If you've got a Macbook and run OSX (not like me that 99% of the time is in boot camp Windows 7) it's actually pretty crazy not to go with iOS.

If you're looking for 'innovation', I don't think the Note Edge has anything worthwhile, to be honest. The side screen is a gimmick of very limited utility, to be honest. I don't see any meaningful Dev support and real world utility is extremely limited.
When Android L hits with far richer lockscreen notifications, who the hell Will be taking out their phone from their pockets to look at a scrolling line of ticker text on the Tiny side screen?

If you want real innovation on the Android side, consider a Moto X (2014 edition). Added features from Motorola are far more impressive than the nearly useless edge screen in the Note Edge.

As far as power is concerned, I expect the iPhone 6 to beat out the Edge in raw power. We'll see when benchmarks show up.
