Emolument is what you are entitled to, not inclusive of unnecessary allowances.

Civil servants' salaries are consolidated, and there is no separate allowance for transport or housing. Nothing like Basic Salary with Civil Servants' salaries

So since it's gratuity, it's like " dash". So if mu salary is N150,000.00 I will be going home with N3.6 million as gratuity.
That is not much money after working for 35 years.

This is not affecting the CPS. It's an additional benefit to be enjoyed at retirement by Civil Servants

ICAN don't conduct exam in September, so I doubt the authenticity of the claim. ICAN only have May and November diet.

It may have occured in the last May Diet but the video just surfaced on social media.

Also those involved were just too too lazy as ICAN is very easy to pass now compare to 80s and 90s when it is ** in one Course or subject, it's automatic failure of the whole 5 and you have to rewrite the whole level if you still want to continue. Also some subject like Tax in those days, you were not going to be given the Tax rate which is common now along with other reforms put in place. If anyone can read or study moderately and paying attention to detail, such person should pass ICAN.

The Gesture is good and a wise decision for the Company as all the money spent or all the cost incured or associated with the exceecise will be recovered in form of Tax Credit or allowable expenses that will be deducted from revenue of Air Peace at the end of the Year before Tax laibility is computed.

So it's not as if FG will not bear the cost. It has reduced the future tax revenue of the government while it will be tagged as allowable donation for humanitarian course by Air Peace. The Company still has to note it as such in their financials to enjoy the benefits.

I think the reps are missing things up. When a budget is made and approved by the NA, you need cash backing to implement. If there is no fund to implement as a result of non availability of revenue, then there wouldn't be any budget to implement, hence low budget performance. Please, which agency no want spend money once already approved by NA
