All of you that put covenant university as first choice did jamb Grant you admission, am confused I put CU as second choice and they gave me admission to my first choice, I have already paid acceptance fee to CU am confused, u guys check

HOW TO CHECK WHERE YOU ARE POSTED TO FOR POST UTME SCREENING

Jamb has opened the portal for candidates to check the school they are appear for screening. The list will be updated often so In case you name is not there, you can always visit the website to check your name

1. visit this link http://jamb.org.ng/postregistrationefacility/CheckAdmissionRecommendationStatus.aspx?id=82903797-C2A2-44C3-B1D6-5EE46DCCDDFD
2. Enter you jamb registration number
3. Click submit.

well im not sure but i think it means that you can still go to your first choice school. but you'll have to forfeit your acceptance fee. and still take your chances with their post utme or screening- if there would be any

Pay Required Fees
* Go to portal.covenantuniversity.edu.ng
* Log in with your application number as both matric and password
* Click on “pay fees” to pay fees (Acceptance Fee and/or Balance)
* See bottom of page and “click here to proceed”
* If you are paying Acceptance fee, insert the amount
* Select Acceptance Fee in the drop down box
* Click to proceed
* Choose Mode of Payment
- CU PIN (Bank Payment): See list of banks to pay into. You will be given a unique CU-PIN for the value of the acceptance or balance fee
- College Pay (WebPay): You can pay using your Nigerian debit card.
* If you chose CU PIN, insert receipt number as given from the bank and insert PIN
* If you chose WebPay, click to pay after confirmation of payment values
* Once transaction is confirmed successful, click on “Print Receipt”

But if its ur undergraduate covenant university account it can still be accessed for checking application status n payment i logged into mine some hrs ago so i dnt think deres something wrong with the page.

Should have happened when the first list came out so freshers too can start paying fees, but seems like the list came early this year and they haven't made preparations

when you resume in 100 level, some people try to change to a course different from the one they were admitted into. the probability of being accepted into the course you were denied admission into i the first place is low though since all the people given that course would probably all accept the admission.

i see why now, its an alpha semester course and the moodle platform is currently configured for omega semester. sorry

Did anyone that choose covenant as 2nd preference get first list.....me and my sister almost had the same results both jamb and cusas, but she made first list for Computer Engineering although she put covenant as first choice. I'm yet to see my name for any off my courses.

My jamb was 247 and cusas was 50. For Elcet elect and computer science.
My sisters jamb was 262 and cusas was 49. For computer eng and computer science

Some people got admission but not their first choice
