There're two ways which the edo tensei can be cancelled and these are just calculated guesses.

1 - Itachi uses a much stronger genjutsu on Kabuto, more like compel him to undo the ET with his vampire diaries style no jutsu.
2 - Sasuke goes berserk and well, ask Orochimaru how he got absorbed. . .

Itachi might not make it out of there but i'm sure he'll say somethings to Sasuke before he dies. . .again.

remember when kabuto told tobi that the E.T. can be stopped by either sealing the person or you make some certain handseals. . . . .but i still think naruto might be the key. . . . .wonder what'll happen with juugo and suigetsu and the scroll they possess. . . . . .

Tsunade only knows how to punch,break&heal things and that's pretty much all about her. For someone who is the only known descendant of Harishima,Kishi screwed up on not giving her something extra and I feel it would be very silly of Kishi to make Madara die by Tsunade's hand after having all that power.

On paper, Mei is stronger than Tsunade so please see reason why I'm actually saying Kishi screwed up by not giving tsunade something extra.

I want to agree with some folks about a possible Sasuke/Naruto team-up vs Madara,but then. . .they've still got Tobi to deal with,right? There's a reason why Itachi is in the mix&i have this feeling he will pull d plug on the edo tensei after defeating Kabuto,Sasuke might just tag-along for d ride as he has unanswered questions too.

So here's another wild guess;

Itachi alone or with Sasuke vs Kabuto. If he succeeds;he dies(along with the others), but reveals Tobi's secret(If any) to Sasuke.

Tsuchikage will die,not sure how much longer the geezer would last.

Tobi will see Minato's signature FTG one last time before his mask falls off&dies.

THANK YOUUUUU! Peeps have been dissing the Senju since cos the Uchiha have been in the public eye when the truth was that the Senju seemed a scarcer clan than the Uchiha. I mean the only pure Senju there is right now is Tsunade, Naruto is only a distant relative and there is no proof of the Sarutobis being Senjus. The jinchuuriki of d sanbi was yagura, he was d previous mizukage and was under d control of madara 4 d most part of his reign(i think). . .

though i'll have to agree with you on the hatred/anger thing as portrayed by nagato (which will be the third reason). . .but if you notice, my premise was based on itachi's development (of which i'm very sure he didn't develop the MS and the susannõ based on hatred) of the MS and madara's EMS. . .hope that clarifies it. . .pls, i need something to be explained to me. . .we all know the fourth mizukage controlled his bijuu very well. . .is it the same guy in the series s10 that was shouting "guren" cos he didn't look like the yagura well. . .as for genjutsu, naruto is likely to learn how to counter it even as i feel that sasuke's own will be way better than itachi even though he hasn't really developed it. . .
