Minato was already dead so there's no way he can help his son from the death God's belly when he's not Hagoromo. Obito just died so it's still acceptable. It's just like the reason why Pain didn't resurrect Jiraiya when he used his rinne tensei on the village.

The chakra Naruto shared to the shinobi alliance, wasn't it physical too or because they just showed us that he was just touching them? And like I said, when you get the chakra of someone, you're likely to have some characteristics of the person.

Actually, it's still a MS not EMS. Did you read up my explanation on why I think this happened and not the usual stage of it going through the normal eye process?

Juubi's jinchurikis have been proven to have a strong chakra and life force and able to pass on chakra e.g Hagoromo. Now Hagoromo was able to pass on strong powers and sealing abilities to Naruto and Sasuke and I dare say theirs still far outweight Kakashi's eyes. After Sasuke's upgrade, he noticeably had a stronger chakra and also a new eye. So if Hagoromo could achieve this. Then Obito should be able to do what he did.

But the issue now is, are preparations not needed before you can transmigrate your chakra cos the same thing that happened to Naruto and Sasuke(dragging into sub consciousness) happened to Kakashi.

In the case of Kakashi, since according to the picture I uploaded here, they've always been connected one way or another just like Sasuke and Naruto, Hashirama and Madara, Tobirama and Izuna (my opinion) etc and once chakra is transferred, part/all of the characteristics of the 'transferer' can be seen in the 'transferee'; case study - Naruto and Sasuke having Hagoromo's sealing techniques, chakra and eyes, Madara having the juubi's eyes, Naruto giving out kyuubi's chakra which enveloped them the way his happens etc.

Well, this is the only logical explanation I could come out with for Kakashi having the perfect susanoo:

Now, it is a widely known fact that the only people who can wield the perfect susanoo are those with the EMS and they are Madara and Sasuke (BTW, the look on his face when Kakashi had the susanoo was epic!!! ). Recall that anyone who is/was the juubi's jinchuuriki has the power to negate any technique which also means that the person no matter how immature/less effective his jutsus are would be improved by over a thousand times; also, the person's chakra signature is likely to change.

Obito became the juubi's jinchuuriki, he had all elemental jutsus at his disposal and could also perfect every incomplete jutsus (which includes Uchiha techniques like susanoo even though it wasn't shown) going as far as negating anyone he chooses to; the juubi was later extracted albeit leaving the juubi's shell inside him which still made him a 'part jinchuuriki'.

Now, Kakashi was able to awaken the perfect susanoo and his body carrying it cos Obito had already paved way for all processes needed to do so since his body was once a host for the juubi. If he didn't die there, he'd have still been the only one who didn't have the EMS but awakened the perfect susanoo.

Chino, you know my problem with you? When you open a good thread, you derail it with insults and drag other ethnic groups into it and also you fight your brethren from your ethnic group. Someone posted that the lady is from Delta state, you should have countered with fact rather than insults. Another said he doesn't believe the three flyovers to be constructed in Awka, instead of using pictures like you use to counter people, you started insulting him and cursing that he's not from Anambra; meanwhile, the two sited above are your brothers. Someone from another side of the country brought his childishness, and you couldn't resist by ignoring him, you had to join him. It doesn't speak well of you. Not everyone that criticise the governor or the state do so out of hatred - this you should bear in mind.

For the topic, I'll be happy to see this project come to light. I'll love certain districts in Anambra to be known for something like say a banking district, manufacturing district etc. Good one from the state governor

centje: i don't know what this thread is about but i give 1M likes for this post. Dangote has invested in all the regions of Nigeria except southeast,the same with wealthy yorubas. If they so believe in one nigeria why avoid south east. On the other hand, igbos invested heavily on every part of this country. Igbos have always pushed and still pushing for one nigeria, but not a nigeria where they are not accepted. Declaration of biafra was a struggle to survive in a 'country' that wanted their extinction. If that war wasn't fought, may be we would have become puppets in the present Nigeria.
So, anyone accusing igbos of beating drums of war should first x-ray the how Nigeria is structured before coming to such conclusion.

compatibility check before you install it.What make and model is your machine. for example, My own is
a Dell optiplex 750Toshiba P300-20 H Windows 7/xp/Vista/Ubutu. This information can be found at the back of the machine.

My PC is HP Pavilion g6-2350sia. The PC came preinstalled with Windows 8 and it ran a compactibility test before it installed Windows 8.1 which was downloaded 2months after purchase. If I use the Microsoft toolkit, won't it void the warranty on the OS because looking at using the toolkit, I'm likely to be activating every six months?
