We first have to understand what his offence was..was he carrying or not..was he a threat..did he run toward them..before y'all scream racism and judge you first have to review the situation..

Cops are more likely to shoot in a panic..even if he was attempting to comply with everything they wanted him to do...
In a situation like this the police are generally full of adrenaline and are likely to mistake innocent objects for guns or other weapons... might have been what happened..

The issue is sure gonna be investigated..

If there is any link..it will be sheer coincidence. This is not an STD but is spread through any close skin contact..such as physical intimacy. .

The number of cases has been quite small so far...So that means it’s only a few people who had close contact...If the first person happened to be a gay man by pure chance..naturally there is a higher chance that his intimate partners would be the next people to get it... simple as that.. undecided
