Secondly your buy stop was place directly on an established resistance, do you look at your chart at all?

Firstly, forex should be a second source of income,

Secondly, Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to trade foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

Thirdly, from personal experience don't take revenge on the market, it clouds your judgement and you are going to lose.

Fourthly, ....... Tom let's be honest you know no shit of this forex, it would humble you if you don't take precautions, don't let sugar coated words lure you, go start your reading again, and you should know, you need to go back to demo account and ease up a bit, don't rush too soon into a live account, the market would always be there waiting for your comeback, hopefully we would be here too to cheer you up but for now you need to discipline your self and be patient. Don't borrow that money to trade fx. It's not advisable, believe me, this is a learning phrase it would pass, in due time you would recover every cent the market has taken from you but for now, you need to ......... ahh!! My food is burning

Hello EVeryone,
here's my trade from wednesday till Friday,
Its been losing back to back, the market was ripping into me and I was bleeding very badly,
The truth is i didnt follow my simple set of rules,
I only take entries on H1 but in this cases, i was using my phone and entries where on M5 and M15 and i was greedy at it, so the market humbled me greatly,
These all happened on my live account, i stopped demoing last year,
and it really hurts having a losing streak, but it's all part of the learning process,
criticism is welcome both constructive and destructive
The market showed me who's boss, when i didn't act like one.

GBP/USD -5 + -31 + -50 + -37 + -24 = -147 pips

I kinda observe some low end suckers having blogs and sites in anticipation of teaching people how to trade and ridiculous amount and they also claim to help you trade too.

Don't go falling for those slowpunks, most of them all know nothing of what they doing, some are pretty real though but majority of them are just PR nonsense.

Why am saying this? Because I've seen people lose their hard earn money, because the person meant to show them the path to the fx world, misguided and misdirected them.

I took some hit this week, though my first rodeo in a long time. I totally understood what the market taught me.

As for NFP, it started already by taking me out, I most warn you all about today, forex ain't only about technical analysis, fundamentals matters too. As far as that goes, so many high impact news back to back. I don't attempt NFP at all, it's a period I just admire the view of the market from a distance, and see the big players and the trapped losers in it.

I'm glad you had a fair trading today Edd1e.
Unlike me that had a goo start on USDCAD with 90+ pips in gain, then price went up drastically and now I'm at -26 pips, but I haven't close the trade yet, like they no trade is won or lost till it's, normally I don't trade on NFP, but I have to let my trade run and close them all at 12pm local time before NFP kicks in.

I do hope this new month showers trendy market a greener pips our way.

market can be boring, or rather it's a boring market so i just play some video games, or watch movie while my chart dey always on.
as for trading style, me sef join dey find holy grail, i scalped, used eas, used more than 50 trading style, i had more than 1500 indicators and close to 200 eas all said to be the holy grail, but man these very day, na ctrl + shift + del i use help their ministry,
there ain't holy grail out there, the holy grail is in you, you have to learn to bring it out.
we'll have our ways of learning.
