You will subtract the current price from the initial price 69k - 40k = 29k.

That means 29k has been lost so the percentage of that 29k in 69k is 42%.

If this is the same as what happened to me, then you did not add the name of your tokens to your trust wallet. Do not leave your token hanging on pancake swap alone. If you do, it cannot not be as protected as all the asset on your trust wallet. Not all token is on Binance... Especially those infant token, although I do have some coins on Binance as well but, most of those coin would have done 10x to 100x before they will be listed on Binance. And any exchange is also prone to attack. I think there should be a secure wallet somewhere that can be only hack with your phrases alone not by any or so... because I'm so Clueless now
