First, their devices dey overpriced until last year when their eyes clear. Secondly, since dem get serious beef with Xiaomi make Samsung kuku buy dem over to make their mid range phones even cheaper, Flyme just too heavy plus very slow updates from Meizu.

True, their phones are damn cheap these days. Even their Helio p22 device is as cheap as $80 for the 4/64gb config. Make den just do stock like all these cubots, umidigis and co cheesy

It is not exclusive to Oxygen OS tho, it is an Android 10 feature, the system wide dark mode...it also themes the apps too

Nope, the system wide dark mode you are referring to is just for some Google apps and some other apps like Instagram and apps that support dark mode. I cross checked with my friend using the mi 9 running Android 10,nothing of sort. Another person running on Android 10 should help confirm this.

The devs at WhatsApp are amongst the laziest I've seen. One would have thought since Android Pie was announced they would have implemented that feature.

Dem no go gree update their software bring am up to speed with the Android OS capability yet they'll be blocking tweaked third-party WhatsApp apps.

Well there is a work around on oxygenos for that if you are on Android 10, all my apps are themed. Like every single one of them. cheesy

That's probably a good choice considering they both have almost the same spec. But we are talking about MI 9

I would still choose Mi 9 because in as much as I love uncharted waters, I am not that brave to put that much money into a device based on a promise and God forbid I turn into a lab rat cheesy

. You can buy the x2 pro and review it for us, who knows we might be convinced.

No.. we are talking about Realme x2 pro vs Mi 9.
You made it about OS to suit your argument.

Of course OS is as important as hardware ,no? If I want a device with 855+, 90hz refresh rate etc, I would rather spend more money on the OnePlus 7T than the realme.

Go for the X2 pro.
Performance
Display
Camera
Fastest charging

All that over MIUI?

Plus they promised to revamp color OS in their android 10 update.

Hardware over UI

I wouldn't risk my hard earned money over "promise". I would rather they do before I go all in.

I need a properly refurbished LG G6. I’ve done a little searching here but unfortunately I’ll have to wait 3 weeks+ which I can’t. Currently at NYSC camp and will have just 1 week in Lagos before returning to where I’m supposed to serve. And I need the phone pretty urgently.
Anyone selling the phone here? How much? I might also consider offers of similar android phones in the price range. My main concerns are durability, camera, and battery life. Also none of those Tecno infinix nonsense. None of those phones with bizarre Chinese names either, please.

Budget?
