swit4real: Darkness has engulfed this recruitment exercise. I was in NIMC office today, but its quite unfortunate that I got no relevant info. The oath of secrecy sworn by this men is something else. I wish NIMC will come up with a policy statement to reduce this tension.

The only unconfirmed info I got is that, list of successful candidate that passed OT has been compiled and submitted to DG to sign, which he is yet to.

All we need is patience.

gfullmoon: @ Swit4real is true that redundancy might certainly set-in in the nearest future cos people turning 16yrs yearly,coming for CR Renewal or CR/ER Modification mightn't be enough for the Operators,but before then most of us would've been upgraded to upper managerial positions etc, as people who had reached their retirement age will be retiring balancing the equation.

Nature sometimes has away of balancing itself.

So eVery other job role and the enrolment officers dat just finished their training should be expecting their appointment ltr, but dat wil be aftr d committee meeting. And for the oda enrolment officers dt has nt been trained should be expecting their sms for training which wil be @ d state offices!!

Talk Is Cheap: Yes ooo!!! Another I hrd is dat we d first set of about 300 will be d ones to train other pple dat might join us later..eg LG enrolment officers n co. Wen dey post dem to their various offices,we will guide them thru all d hard n soft skills. That is why dey made sure we understood all dat we were taught n we had to show dem thru d group discussions n practicals. @jobgetter..what makes u think d stipend will be small??

@ Talk is cheap u may be very right because for some days my spirit has been telling me that the Enrolment n Reg. officer that are expecting their trning sms that their trning shall be at the state level.i am sure the spirit of God is at work here.anyway lets just see what NIMC has for all.Shalom!!!.

My job role was Enrolment and Registration officer ( officer) and my friend Job role was Enrolment and Registration Officer ( Snr Officer). We did interview the same day though.. But dunno if anybody here has the same position as mine and was also invited for training or that of my friend that was also invited for training... I'm confused..#justcurious
