Which migration route can I take without taking the English exam please

This looks like an Ordinary DIPLOMA program, cos even in the Admission requirement, a University Bachelor's Degree wasn't mentioned

As suggested by Honorable Chocs, do mail the school to confirm the Qualification of the Program (if its a PGD or an Ordinary Diploma)
