What's been running through my head now is
1. Japa - Leave thru the Acad route and when done, see what's next
2. Land - Buy in a good location and possibly 2 (or multiple) plots
3. House - Buy a small piece in a modest location and build 2 units of small apartment, one for rent, one for personal usage


Just decided to put this out there anonymously - If you were in my shoes which option will you choose, which will you definitely avoid and importantly why ?

If in your shoes. I will build buy 2 plots of land. Build one for personal use , could build the other for rent or decide later on what to do with it. Then whatever is left of the money, I will go into business with it .

God willing , the business booms well, i will be traveling to any country of my choice later on. Japa isn't for everyone. Your happiness does matter . Imagine having enough money to go spend time in the Maldives and back, Santorini and the likes. You could even japa later as long as you have the money.

Or what's your purpose of Japa? You might want to ask yourself that too.

An international traveling passport is a privilege it is not automatic.

Do yoi think this couldn't have been done with its former price? I know in this country, any thing that has to involve payment has got someone or some people profiting largely.

It may help to be transparent in this dealing . Let's know where the money is going to, how much it cost to print a passport, its processes and all. Not against the increment but just want to sure it's justified.

To me the money is even very low when you judge by the usefulness and importance of the Passport as well as compare the price of travel tickets, both plane and ship. Our passport is still relatively very cheap.

Some people just like lying to themselves. In recent past, the kind of HUMILIATION by immigration officers just because you want to get an International passport is out of this world. Sometimes dem go use koboko flog people wey line up for queue.

Does this mean the citizens of Nigeria can't enjoy quality service even if it is cheap? What then the citizens stand to enjoy.

It would have been best to fix thr loopholes in getting this passport and make sure the system is efficient enough for all first. Enough to curb corruption in the sector . This could be done first and the citizens won't blame the need for an increase because it will be justified.

Truly power has improved so much at my area or residence. Though we are on the Band A which we are begging to reduce the cost for us.

But also, some places like Agbara , Badagry,iyana Era, igando and Ikorodu aren't enjoying this light at all . Some even have got this one day off two days off thing . They still wont have good power during the "on" days

To br honest, we wouldn't mind paying tax if we can see what the tax is being used for.

Right now, the states are getting lots of allocations and finances from places, what exactly have they used the money for? Every now and then we hear of embezzlement, corruption and all . Then you want people to continue paying the tax so as some people can steal?

I do have been enjoying airtel very well since beginning of the year. It's 20mbps as advertised.

So good that I got people to buy and they haven't regretted it. It would be the best best option if they reduce price to maybe 20/ 25k for the 20mbps .

If truly they limit speed after certain usage then I might be considering switching to mtnfiberx.

Land slides happens in the east, floods happens on farms and many more. Yes the government might have a role to play to help but it doesn't entire rest on the government. Lots of factors contributes to these floods.
While some floods can't be averted, some are just as a result of our carelessness and actions. We have seen roads undergoing construction and yet the drainage is full with dirts and plastics. That's not the government's doing . Is it?

We still build houses without proper drainage in this part of the world. Some people will even go as far as to block a canal so as to build a house on it.

Blaming Tinubu over this isn't just something opposition should use to score points. Doesn't make sense. We need better opposition than this
