How do we know the crack is from the flyover the way you took the picture?

Enugu first flyover at Abakpa junction cracks few days after it was painted and commissioned.

Governor Ugwuanyi started the constructive of this flyover few years ago and got it completed just recently. The flyover has been completed and painted, but within a few days wide cracks started surfacing on the flyover, suggesting an inferior substandard construction.

Port Harcourt has of recent been taken over by mountain garbage dumpsites. This particular one is at Ada George road, it has covered most part of the, thereby forcing motorists to use small portion of the road. Governor Nyesom Wike should get the commissioner of environment to fix this situation.
