Good evening.please,I need someone to answer my question now cos am too curious to know what's hapenning.my baby who is 31 weeks in the womb have been kicking my wife from morning till this very moment non stop.this is to 10pm.hope there is no alarm and why is the baby doing that please?that's the complaint my wife have for me just now.

Lolzz, are you sure the baby won't be a footballer? Tell her not to worry. I'm heading to 40wks and my baby can't stop kicking me.

Happy sunday mama's.

I get kweshions oooo.

- is it normal dat I poo 3 times daily everyday. Cos when I wasn't preggy it ws once daily.

- I also feel pains in my ribs, jst under my breast at nights when I sleep.

- I don't sleep anyhow like a preggy mama should. I sleep once at night or sometimes in d afternoon.

- I also eat jst twice in a day and rarely have cravings. I.e my sleeping and eating pattern hasn't really changed sad

Are all these normal? I'm 27weeks ooo.

Hehehe. The pain can be lesser now. Everyone's childbirth doesnt have to come with terrible pains without epidural and that na my goal o. Less pain in labor and delivery

Nxt wk Monday is my b'day ooo u pple beta giv me a birthday mate n I will push trucks n trucks of fresh tomatoes to ur address.

Swt rainy Sunday. D weather is so perfect. Baby shud do n come so we can enjoy dis freshness b4 heat will com n kill our complexion.

yes mama, u are ok. experienced all these with my first daughter, i even used to go to toilet 5-7times during first trimester but it dropped to 2-3times later. no cravings, i eat anyting, slept well too. same thing with my current pregnancy.

personally I feel 15weeks is too early for you to start exercising, u just crossed the first trimester. you can start the walking excersice as from 25weeks for 15mins den increase the number of mins as your pregnancy progresses. I also use to play music and dance to it, when i say dancing i mean the type that you jump and excercise as d music plays. the too much walking i did with my first daughter caused me waist pain up until now. i wish u all d best

Exercise in pregnancy is always a good idea especially for those who were into the lifestyle ordinarily.

Walking isn't bad for you just ensure you do it when its not sunny and take a bottle of water along.

I've seen a pregnant woman lifting weights till the day she fell into labour. Our very own kaffy the dancer doesn't stop dancing during her pregnancies.

I know bodies and health conditions differ/vary but walking at your own pace for 20minutes daily wont hurt anyone. Except you've been placed on bed rest.

So you go girl!!!!!!!

My dear, its better for the month to run faster so u can meet ur LO. Porting is very much allowed, u knw whether na d package make them quite like this? Vigilante has even made me a semi-peeper cos can't stay without updates.

Back to the koko, u say u wan score us bah, june is just some days ahead, make I c if una hand sound reach us, I knw most mamas hv eyes for next week, package d tomatoes well cos I will need them for naming.

Teamie, in almost all cases its a good sign. It shows you have an active or healthy baby. When baby kicks get unbearable, she can try changing positions, or play a soothing relaxing song for her. Try and download some of mozart songs and play them close to the baby.
There's a particular song my baby is gradually loving, its titled 'Bridge of light' from the animation Happy Feet 2. When i play it, he only moves slightly and not those taekwando kicks he usually gives me.
Just tell her to bear ehn, very soon he/she wont see space in the womb/uterus for those mighty kicks.
