OP don't mind people telling you to go to the hospital because trust me, the hospital will refer you back to the traditionalist after milking enough money from you. Just keep about 200k+ and meet people to refer you to a good traditional healer.

There is a software called all widows activator get it and run the software. Before you run the software disable the windows security after installation,you then put it on.Uf you don't disable the windows security, your computer will see the software as a virus. But on windows 10 after 6 months you still have to re install the software but on windows 7 nothing like that.

download KMS pico activator.zip for windows, extract the zip file and install it, input 12345 for password, if it request for a password while extracting. Run the program and windows will be activated automatically
