PropertiesRe: Why Pay House Rent In Advance? by finguy(m): 3:40pm On Jun 11, 2008
i agree with most views, its a real mad xter here in 9ja. the govt should really look into this issue, and make laws where people should pay their rent monthly, that way we'll see lesser 30yr old guys still living with mum. grin

please i am at a cross road inmy life. i am a graduate of political science and public administration, and i worked for a financial institution now, we are into funds management, stock broking, etc. i have been so confused on the professional exam to take, i feel like doing the cis, but then the influence just came from my present job, i have looked at ican but i dont think i can stay that long without exemptions, and i have recently been thinking of doing the cipm, please can u all give me full details of the exams, and i will love it if i can get their syllabus as i have tried checking online with no results.
and whats the duration, and in a changing and competitive world now, where most profesionals go for the MBA, does being a Chatered personnel manager have any edge to that.
sorry if i sound stupid, but i need help,
thanks all.

RomanceRe: "To Hell With Love: I Just Want To Get Married!" by finguy(m): 1:07pm On Jun 06, 2008
there is love. but it is never enough reason to go inot marriage, there are other things that should be in place, which are so much important as well, if you want to be happy.
RomanceRe: "To Hell With Love: I Just Want To Get Married!" by finguy(m): 12:56pm On Jun 06, 2008
there are so many factors that make ladies miss their time for marriage.

1. wrong relationships, the most common factor, in your mid 20s you stay in a relationship that you know in 5years its not going anywhere, abeg even if you are in love, open your eyes.

2. most of them use this period to seek fun in the wrong way, hanging out with the wrong set of peolple and picking up all the wrong habits, this things have a way of pulling you back.

3. recently they are so career inclined that they hardly take time to date any more, they want to reach a stage of total independence. by the time they get there, they discover they are alone.

4. while others dont just wanna get married, for reasons they dont even know. this ones need deliverance.
RomanceRe: "To Hell With Love: I Just Want To Get Married!" by finguy(m): 12:46pm On Jun 06, 2008
the truth is that there is time for everything under the sun, and getting married in one of those things, but ladies are never ready when the time comes, and when they eventually realise they want to get married, its far past their time.
